I have a whole playlist of your videos where I alternate between the hathas and vinyasas and I'm realizing that this is probably my favorite because it feels like an effortful blend of the two! Still great movement but not as a repetitive as a vinyasa. I would love more of these!! I am obsessed with your videos and do one of your routines nearly every day! I agree! And I was thinking that during today's practice. I'm a little older ;-) and in the last few years, I can really feel how my body is changing; I need more time to transition through some of the moves, especially the spinal twists. Would be great combine the flows with some more restorative type, slow moves...s-l-o-w flows. :-)

I've been doing your beginners videos daily for about 10 weeks now. I'm still very much a novice but did this routine this morning and encountered several new (to me) positions. This was a great one to get me to step out of the "beginners" section. THANK YOU, Sarah!
Thank you! You know something else that would help us beginners? Explain the basic sanskrit words you use in your yoga teaching. I feel lost when a new word comes up.
I really enjoyed this yoga video. I especially enjoyed the fact that you did not get distracted by anything else that was going on and talk about it while I’m waiting for instructions to go to the next poise.
