Now… THAT WAS PHENOMENAL!!! I was fully immersed in this practice, savoring every moment on the mat! Ujjayi breathing was essential to power through the tougher poses. Overall, an amazing class!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Loved the warm up transition to falling star in the beginning, and the wild thing transition to lizard! This one is a new favorite I will have to revisit ❤

Now I've finished four of your classes, and I really enjoy all of them. Some of the best yoga I've ever done. I like how they challenge me and get me sweaty :) I'm definitely more into yoga flows that work with the body more than being meditative. So I'm more than happy that I've found your channel!
These 30 min power flows are fun and your peak poses are still a great challenge to me - I'm about a year in (started with your beginner stuff!) and still figuring out how to practice more consistently. The last 13 mins here were great. Wild thing as the beginning of cooldown is excellent. You are a fantastic yogi and teacher.
I don’t think I’ve ever commented on TH-cam before. But I had to come & say that I don’t use anyone else but you for my practices. You are THE BEST. The best flows. I appreciate you so much !! ❤
After doing yoga for the past 6 months at home, I finally have an intermediate practice a go and this was a good amount of challenge and doable for me. Yay! Im not particularly graceful through some of the transitions yet, but it's still progress. Thanks 🎉
Really liked the standing one-legged balance sequence. I am always previewing your practices hoping that they have the standing one-legged balances and this one did not disappoint. When I accomplish without falling, it gives me a surge of confidence and burst of energy. Definitely saving this to repeat. ⚖️

Ooh, fun transitions and poses here. First doing hand to toe pose in chair, that sequence worked single leg strength and balance. Expansive and strong flow, lovely class.

I loved the high to low lunge transitions with the cactus arms! We should also do goddess squats with those cactus arms!
