    For some reason I prefer this format, a voice giving direction while person doing the yoga doesn’t speak

    Sarabeth really does this right. Her voice and instruction are perfect for me. I like that she talks over the routine rather that as if she's doing it like most other TH-cam offerings. This allows me to practice much better. I've just gotten back into Yoga and feeling better every day!

    I find when I breath slowly and deeply I feel more calmer and relaxed with these poses to help with anger and anxiety 😊

    I have had series back surgry 2 years ago. I basically had to relearn how to walk, bend, twist....
    I have been searching for the perfect yoga to begin to gain back flexability, core strength, while paying much attention to my hips and lower back. Then I found Sarabath, what a blessing. Now I can't imagine not doing her routines every morning to help my sore aching body begin to recover. TY!!

    I'm new to yoga and have found it difficult to follow a lot of video's but yours are by far the best. Your soothing, restful and peaceful voice giving clean slow direct instructions has me hooked on yoga and your videos. I have a busy physical job riding horses as well as racing a bicycle your videos have helped me so so much to improve in so many ways. From recovery , muscle soreness, sleep, breathing and relaxation to name a few. Thank you Sarah Beth

      THAT SONG!!! I LOVE that song and I just can't find out what it is! Does anybody know? Sounds like Duran Duran - I think I remember it from the 80s - but when I search "I know I'll see the storm tonight" nothing comes up - I must be hearing it wrong.     After extensive searching, this is the only stretch routine video I've found that I actually like and follow daily. It's a great full body set that takes a little work but is still relaxing, and it's not obnoxiously yoga-ish. I love that she makes little comments here and there to remind you to square your hips, drop your shoulders, etc. Really nice video. Thank you!

    Thank you Sarah Beth! I have tried many online yoga routines and your style and grace of teaching is one of the best on TH-cam. I suffer from stiff back and legs and migraines and your routines help me tremendously. I think poses are easier to learn when they are repeated several times during the routine as you have them in your videos. The repetition helps me learn and gives a good flow to each session. The music you use is very interesting and I have grown to love it. Especially how you weave the music into each routine. Thank you and I hope you are staying well and safe during this pandemic.

    in my opinion this is the best of sarabeths videos. so nice to do, great postures. also it doesn't have her marketing anything to you while you're in savasana which is much better. the last thing you need while you're clearing your head at the end is some marketing chat, that's your relaxation and clearing. this video allows that. Thumbs Up

    I'm so glad I found your channel. I have tried yoga a few times in my life and just couldn't get myself to a point where I could be consistent and also enjoy it - I have done my yoga twice a day for a whole week now and it's helping me greatly already!
