    I use this as a study break workout because every hour or two a quick walk downstairs for a fresh cuppa tea isn't enough, I'm still cold. This really does the trick for warming me back up for the next round. I love your videos!

    I am not great at sticking to a regular exercise regimen...but I find that I can always squeeze in these 15-20 minute segments into my day. This one definitely got my heart pumping. Thanks!

    I never comment, but this video is a dream come true. I have never been a big fan of yoga, but after doing this video my perspective has completely changed for life. For all the people looking in the comments for it's review I highly recommend it, it makes you feel very fresh and peaceful. I just have one question does this video help in losing weight?

    This was great! I love the flow. Still not sure about that special breath, but I do breathe steady. Oh, glad that standing splits can be 90 degree angle. Works for my body. Feeling strong!

    My breathes were a bit faster than Sarah Beth but the she walks you through the routine before a flow. That way you are able to do it at your own pace and meet her in the last position. Thanks Sarah Beth for all your awesome content!!!

    I do this after 30 minutes of cardio and by the time I'm done the 15 minutes of yoga I am sweating and all stretched out. Great yoga routine!

    LET'S BE CLEAR: Yoga is not a cure. Yoga is a supplement to a healthy lifestyle. Yes you can get into a fat burning heart rate zone, sweat, strengthen & burn ample calories with power yoga and power vinyasa yoga flows, but if you want to lose weight and practice yoga you must accompany the practice with self-care and healthy habits off the mat. Yoga can be a wonderful practice for de-stressing, connecting mind with body, improving body awareness & learning to love yourself. And guess what? You can love yourself and be a work in progress at the same time! The term "Yoga for weight loss" is a high ranking SEO term, as in it is searched a lot. I use the term to reach a wider audience to help people who are looking for a way to lose excess weight and practice yoga at the same time. I know from personal experience how that feels, as I have lost 40 & 50 lbs from both of my pregnancies and the weight didn't just melt off after. It took at least a year of focused effort, exercise, healthy eating, a mild calorie deficit and this exact type of yoga for me to lose the weight and feel strong and confident in my body. So I created these videos to meet the viewers where they are, help them along in their weight loss journey and hopefully teach them self-love, strength & mindfulness along the way. 💙

    India(Bharat) is a great land of Hindu/Arya civilization which is the oldest in the world with great ancient knowledge.
    Pls enjoy this Ancient great Indian practice called as Yoga which yogi used to practice earlier in Himalaya.
    Along with this India has many other ancient practices like Dhayana(Meditation),Pranayama(Breathing techniques),Accupressure,Chakra balancing,Naturopathy etc.
    India has always given the message of piece to the world.
    If you really want to learn Yoga in totality please visit India once....

    This was my first time doing one of your sets. I love your instruction, and it was a great flow. But the music was really distracting. If there is background music in a yoga video, that's usually a big deterrent for me. I may be in the minority here, but I think it's worth mentioning, in case others feel the same. Anyway, thanks for the great set!

    I'm looking into taking up yoga to assist me in my mma classes. Is this video good for core strength and flexibility in regard to hips and legs? Also should I alternate different routines so my body doesn't get used to one routine like it does when lifting weights?

    Thanks for the video Sarah! But i found the white background really blinding, that i have to adjust my screen several times if i'm changing my position. I'm not a native speaker, so it is way easier for me to look at your movement instead of just listening to your instruction.
