This whole series has unlocked something somewhere inside...I don't think I've gotten through a single session without completely losing it on my mat. And that's not a bad thing since I have a tendency to stuff it all down and keep going. This video could not have come at a better time in my life. As a child abuse survivor who held my silence for over 35 years, I am currently in a season where all the anger is coming up and out. It’s been really hard to find a few moments of peace during my day but this video was extremely calming. Thank you
I could not believe this was at the top of my feed when I came to do yoga this evening. I literally said "angry" three times in one text to a friend earlier today. This came to me at the right time. Puppy pose scattered tears on my mat. My hands coming to heart center at the end of the practice pulled something straight from my heart, telling me that's what I need to lead with more each day in this ultra trying time of my life. Thank you Sarah Beth for this amazing deeply calming video. I myself struggle with a lot of anger and deep tension from my homelife so when this popped up on my feed I about burst into tears. I also really struggle to release my emotions so your videos have been helping me cope and find my inner peace. ❤

Finally, an anger-related video that doesn't just tell me to "let it go". There are reasons behind our feelings. I don't want to just let it go. I want to feel the anger. I want to express it (preferably in a way that doesn't hurt anyone). I want to do something with that energy. I'm really glad you acknowledged that. Thank you so much! ❤ P.S. Perfect timing, I really did experience some anger today (which rarely happens these days) so I was going to look for an "angry yoga" practice😂 Feeling much better now, thank you❤
❤ This new routine is excellent. It was so calming I feel I could have gone to sleep, and actually, there is absolutely no reason that I didn't allow myself to nap. I've no commitments to prevent that. It's amazing what all this practice brings up within you. I LOVE the practice, 😊, like you couldn't already tell. Thank you, thank you... ❤
