    I've a bad shoulder from a Snowboarding dislocation years ago. These exercises helped a lot.

    That was very relaxing, I do bodybuilding and my left shoulder always gets a knot, it also dislocated in January and keeps popping, this routine really provided some much needed relief 😮‍💨 thank you 🙏

    My arms stop at 2:10. I don't know what sops it. I would love to be able to extend them over my head like that

      Could be a lot of things! If it simply feels tight, it may just take some consistent stretching to find a bit more range of motion.

    this is literally the worst yoga I've ever done in my life. Way too complicated and moves too fast. had to stop in the middle it was so awful needed to switch to a different yoga to decompress from this mess.

    Yoga is a indian spiritual practice, isn't fitness.
    It's forbidden to christians.
