I can't believe my lucky star today when I "accidentally" came across this beautiful practice. I loved both the sequence (I just wish it was double the length...), your voice and words and the captivating aesthetics, especially the popping texts. Please keep up the great work!
hi! I'm a pro ballerina and this yoga class was absolutely what my body was asking for after a long day of classes and rehearsals! loved it and will come back for sure! thank you
I found these classes because I saw Elena on Just Move and looked her up, and now I do them most afternoons - there's something really calming and mindful about Elena's teaching, the movement she picks and the music! Inky is also the best. I was worried there weren't going to be more classes but I dug around Instagram and can see there's more coming, and I'm SO PLEASED. This one is my particular favourite!
This is a fantastic series. Another one I can use to help my running induced poorly hamstrings. Great, calm direction from Elena. Really appreciate the work thats gone in to this 👍
Long time cyclist and runner who always neglected this aspect of my fitness and wellness. I love Elena's routines to help me recover first thing in the morning after a tough workout the day before.
Thank you. this was a nicely paced, achievable and effective routine for a “Stiff“ guy like me to start his focus on a mobility journey. Calming and relaxing as well.
I’m three weeks into my return to exercising and this video has been VITAL to my recovery days! It’s the most relaxing flow and that hip variation is LUSCIOUS. I live for it every time it comes up. Thanks, Elena and REI, for the great video!
Oh my gosh, this is exactly what I needed after yesterdays long and strenuous hike - it was my first one after being out of commission for a couple of years and I am in serious recovery mode right now. The hip stretch she did early on was like everything!
Thoroughly enjoyed - and I *am a pro athlete. Was looking for some mid-week recovery yoga and stumbled upon this. I do enjoy yin for the stretch out but this was interesting as it felt like it started out as yin and then went into a bit of flow. Loved the pop-up graphics, found the breathing one quite calming. Sometimes a bit skeptical when the views are in the thousands but this was a pleasant surprise. Elena, you could do with your own yoga channel if you don't already have one?
Great recovery session after a long active week. I often go too hard and treat hatha yoga like a sport, and get too bored during yin yoga. This was the perfect balance.
!!! This is literally amazing. Thank you for this. I am new at working out and the next day my muscles are always incredibly tight and sore. This is the first practice I've found wear it actually loosens my muscles and reduces the pain. ❤️❤️❤️❤️Thank you
Stretching before (to prepare for), and after (to recover from), working out, is an excellent habit. Stretching (correctly) can help reduce soreness and stiffness too. We're so happy that you found this video exactly when you needed it! Please check our channel for more even more yoga videos from Elena.
Great after a hard work out, but also perfect after a long drive or flight! I could feel my tight hips and shoulders sigh in relief and my tension melt away.
Everything popped. It felt awesome. Some things popped multiple times. I never do this stuff. It’s always just GIT IT, GIT IT, GIT IT!!! No time to decompress. That’s gonna all change now!
Great video but, am I missing something with yoga? Lay back eyes closed now do tik tok, Um whats tik tok position? How do us new new beginners follow along with looking at our phone/laptop? I can’t focus on breath if I have no idea what I’m doing.
My best recommendation is to simply keep trying it out. As with any new hobby, skill, or endeavor, there's a period of "feeling new" before things start to click. It can feel a bit awkward or cumbersome at first, but I think after a few repetitions you'll feel like you can follow along without looking. :) Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Thanks for your comment! I find that athletes require specificity due to the demands of their sport. It can certainly be complicated, but well worth the investment.
That final decompression pose with the block underneath the sacrum gave me a new life 💖

Elena is such a great teacher! Hope we see more of her in the future
Perfect yoga session I was looking for this morning. Straight, to the point, and not stretched out no pun intended. Thank you!

I love this class, and between this and your daily vitamin flow I can do either and I love them!!!❤
Great recovery routine! Thanks REI and Elaine for making it available!
Loved this, great flow and your pup sealed it for me! ❤

I did this as a recovery from a difficult run this morning, and it was exactly what I needed! I appreciate how gentle it was :)
Great class Elena! The instructions were clear and the graphics/audio tones helped. Also gotta love a yoga dog.

Loved it! Looking forward to add this to my morning yoga routine
Let me know how you like it!
even though I can't physically do many of the "moves", I still found aspects that were helpful.
Glad you found it helpful Heidi!
So glad to hear! Continue listening to your body, and find what works for you. Thanks for tuning in!

this is the first yoga video I've actually managed to follow along and it's really helped, thanks for this
Right on! We hope to see you on the mat again soon, Wern.

More hip stuff please! This was a slower pace than what I’m used to but def needed it.
So amazing! been super active lately hiking and in the climbing gym, this has been great to add to my recovery, would love more videos from Elena!!

My favorite part intellectually was when you let me know the rocking in and out of the low lunge thing was nerve flossing. Thanks!
Thank you for the class
Thanks for tuning in, Jemale!
Best part of my day, thank you!
Awesome! Thanks, Diane

Absolutely! Those are all great times to practice yoga. 🙌
Lovely!
Feels great!
Wonderful!
Thank you!
Definitely need to add this to a recovery day routine. Full disclosure - I really need to add a weekly recovery day.
Sounds like Monday can be a great choice for a recovery day.
Haha, don't we all need weekly recovery days? Let me know how you like it!

As someone who snaps, crackles & pops often, I feel you. Get after it!
I’m a high school sprinter and I use this after track meets
Wonderful! That's a great way to use these videos. We wish you the best at your track meets! 🏃♀️
Love this!
Thank you so much! 😊

I tend to watch the video before actually trying it to get an idea of the routine. I find it hard to follow verbal instructions
@@ursulaanne hey my last name is Hadley haha

Toes out for the boooys!
Oh your so beautiful :)
Would be cooler if you did this with miranda
I'll figure out what sport she's a pro at and go from there
Too complicated
Thanks for your comment! I find that athletes require specificity due to the demands of their sport. It can certainly be complicated, but well worth the investment.
