    I have over pronated feet and had extra bone removed from my arches when I was a kid. I didn't take physical therapy seriously, now I'm trying to correct 20 years of bad feet. I used to walk on my arch, so much that the outside would nearly float.
    These exercises are amazing. Give love to your feet!

    Thank you for this excellent video. I often have issues with soreness in the balls of the feet or more precisely the crevice between the pads. It seems most people have issues at the heels because most inserts are thickest at the heel. I will try the ball thing.
    The circles had Mitanda on her back with foot in air. I didn't catch why that was or even if that was important. Doing circles is something I definitely do on long flights but obviously that is seated. Is there a specific reason for her position? It was perfect for the camera because it was definitely more clear what was being done.
    If you do another video like this, please ask the camera person to close in a bit more when working a specific part. Many shots were a bit far back to clearly see what was happening with the foot. For example it was hard to see what was being done with the tow articulation buy the description was good. I definitely do not have individual toe control and could not see if Miranda found that difficult. I was also hoping to see you demonstrate that one.
    This was very informative and thank you really for sharing these tips.

    • @elenac4077
      @elenac4077 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Whichever works, as long as you can relax into it. If you are newer to working your feet, I would say start with something kinder! The balls I use have a bit of give.
