    Elena is a Seattle-based movement specialist and yoga teacher whose clients range from professional and high-performance athletes to individuals looking to move and feel better in their bodies. As a certified Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist, she delights in digging into the intricacies of anatomy and teaching others to find joy in their own movement by supporting self-inquiry and autonomy.

      Absolutely! It may be a bit challenging to balance, but you can do this anywhere! Even just on the floor!
