Had such a busy day at work, didn't have time to do this session in the morning and was feeling so tired when I got back... but stepped on the mat and it was the best thing I could do for myself today. Thank you❤
Today was a real challenge for me since I just got my period and I have lots of pains and aches and my whole body is so tense that it just doesnt work out the same anymore. I was forced to have so mucv patience with myself on this practise, especially because I felt like all my progress was thrown behind. But it also taught me a lot of grace. Beautiful session.
On the 22nd day, I did the challenge with great enthusiasm and it was so interesting that I repeated this challenge twice, I hope my friends will also do this sweet experience. Have a happy day.
I really enjoyed the pacing of this practice. I beat myself up a bit on day 21 because I couldn't hold the balancing poses, but this one had me focusing on slowing everything down and giving myself some grace. Am not sure if I'll ever get the balancing poses mastered, but they they are good reminders to continue to practice and appreciate all the baby-steps my body is making to do as I ask. Thank you -
My husband and I have been participating in the 30-day challenge, and our two cats Butterscotch and Angel have also been showing up to join us in finding relaxed poses...loved seeing your cute cat join you in this video! ❤
Malasana is one of those poses I've never been able to do. Multiple yoga teachers have suggested putting supports under my heels, but until now no one has suggested putting support under my bum. It makes such a difference! I feel like I can make progress in this pose for the first time ever. Thank you Charlie!
Today is the first time during a yoga posture, yogi squat, where when we finished the pose I exhaled and felt genuine proud of my self. I whispered good job to myself naturally and was amazed at the progress. I’m so glad I stick with your class, thank you so much and I will being doing ANY class you teach ❤️

Charlie, your flows are so good and this really helped me get back to moving in the aftermath of an ankle injury. I just wonder if you will have some recommendations on what to try at the end of the 30 days, because these flows for me are on the easier side, even without most of the props, but I tried the challenge for 30 days you called beginner-improver and it is a huge jump in difficulty. I think many of us would appreciate something between beginner and intermediate to avoid plateauing or stopping the good habit of practicing every day

I wanted to share a new prop I have - bubble wrap. I folded it into rectangles the size of a block. It's good for when I want something thicker than a blanket but smaller than a block, or something that cushions. And, I get to find a good use for bubble wrap!
Hi Charlie… This is such a lovely series! I have one question… I have noticed that I end up yawning in between or through the practice every time … no matter the time of the day or if I had a full 8-9hour sleep… Why is it so? I miss some of the deep inhale or exhale instructions because of that
