Good morning with the beauty and cheerfulness of the living colors of nature, today's challenge was completed with all its beauty, the blind muscles were really activated and it was interesting enough that I repeated these beautiful movements twice, the feeling of joy accompanied by health for all friends, especially you, the capable and kind coach. That was a tough one but good to push yourself. The high to low boat was a real challenge. Mine was more of a sinking boat but it really worked the abdominal muscles 💪
Day 24 I can’t thank you enough for bring this transformation routine you brought in all of us who are following this challenge. This routine has changed so much physically and mentally as we take this practice as a routine. I wish if I had started longtime ago 😟. Really heart full appreciation for your efforts to spread this to all of us with zero cost. I wish this channel grows and bring more people into this community built by you. Quite a lot more challenging in these recent videos in the challenge than my body is quite ready for, but gives something to aim for. We're actively hunting a February beginners challenge now so we keep up momentum and the habit you have helped us form!

Day 24 completed. A really good practice for me 😊, loved it. I think I remember practicing side plank and crow in last January's challenge, I wonder if they are still to come 🤔. This challenge has certainly reignited my enthusiasm. Thank you so much Charlie 😊
Investing in a yoga strap was one of the best decisions I've made for this challenge. I also need to incorporate that boat sequence into my workout routine, that was a fun challenge.
I am loving this series, thank you Charlie I find that if I grip the edges of my mat while in bridge it helps keep my chest open, just a tip if people find it hard to open the chest in this position ❤
One of my favorite classes in the challenge so far! I really don’t like boat but that’s probably a sign I need to do it more 😂 and the challenge it brings is great for growth!

I had a tough time with my lower back foe the stomach poses so I spent a lot of that time in child’s pose. Other than that I really enjoyed this one too! Thank you,,,

Oh wow, this was a challenge and a half! Any suggestions for when I'm collapsing into my leg/hip rather than my hand/shoulder while in tiger pose? I feel myself tilting sideways and the next thing I know my leg is looking like a / !
Help please! Just what I want to improve -- core strength and back flexibility! Thank you. I practice yoga every day (9+years), but didn't realize low back was supposed to be on mat for low boat. My low back screamed and spasmed every time I tried to get low back on mat in low boat, even with hands supporting. Not sure how to engage core more, or how to work toward low boat or even find the low boat alignment. Playing with finding the pose while supported. Not sure how to have low back on mat but keep spine neutral. Have done this practice twice to try to figure out low boat and will go through the video again, and would love any tips for low boat. 🙏🏽

I had the same problem. Ended up doing quad stretches instead of tiger pose, followed, like you, by child's pose to ease out my lower back.
