    I was pre diabetic but I try ur low impact cardio 30 min. And left Suger . Now I'm not pre diabetic. 😃Thank u soo much ur video is precious ❤️

    I love these workouts. I really appreciate that they use people who look like real people and Daniel, even though he’s clearly fit, isn’t intimidating. He really “sells” that these workouts are hard for him in a way that’s not patronizing and really encourages you to finish.
    I think I’m ready to advance to something more complicated now as a result. Thanks.

    I did these workouts during 2020, they were the only constant thing during covid. I stopped for a while, and now I've just done this workout, and cried when Daniel said he was proud.

      During Covid lockdown I discovered Team Body Project and they were a life changing experience with giving me a positive attitude and making myself move. Now I still watch and do and probably will never join a gym. Who needs a gym when Daniel is staring at you and encouraging you!

    I'm undergoing chemotherapy for lymphoma now, and this workout keeps me going. I keep coming back to it whenever I can, because it makes me feel like a fighter. The positivity from the team is so addictive. I love you Kristin, Daniel and Tosh!

    Thank you so much Body Project. My morning routine is 30 minutes out door walk and 30mins of body project work outs. I gained weight from working at home and mentally tired. Now I feel great and lost 4kg!! 🔥🔥

    I dunno if you guys read all your comments but I just had to say something about how much I appreciate your team and your videos. As someone who fell into poor eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle due to depression, I can't begin to express how important your messages of encouragement are to me while doing these workouts. Self-love and self-confidence are huge factors in making real positive changes for a lifetime. Just hearing that we ARE good enough, even if we're not where we want to be at this moment, is truly inspiring. Thank you for sharing your good vibes and workouts with the world!

    These are literally my favorite! I’ve been doing them nightly for three weeks straight and almost cry at the end cause Daniel is so motivating!! Kristen expressions literally are me 100%. Laughing but cussing under my breath 🤣❤️

    I love your videos. When I started these videos, I had COVID and was just doing these videos while quarantined in my room to avoid blood clots. Now, I have gone from 287 to 242 pounds and feel much better in my body. (I also swim laps now and walk my dog for miles). When I can't get to the pool because I worked late or something (like today), I am sure to come here and do a couple of your videos. As an African-American obese women, I extremely appreciate that you use all sizes and shapes and shades of people. It's GREAT!

    Hi guys, I've been regularly exercising with TBP since June; the first exercise routine which I've ever been able to sustain for any length of time. Your tireless body positivity has been an amazing help as I start to finally appreciate and take care of my body. I already feel so much fitter, healthier, and more capable! Keep up the good work!

    At the end of 2019 I was 104kg, I found the body project real start and with doing your low impact exercise and a calorie controlled diet I lost 25kgs and was the most fit I'd even been in my life. In 2020 I got really sick with pancreatitis. It knocked me out for almost a year so I didn't exercise. I've been depressed a lot this year but I'm back now! I haven't gained weight but I'm no longer fit so it's like starting from scratch but I'm excited to get back to where I was! Wish me luck

    I love the body project workouts. Daniel is brilliant. I have PCOS so whenever I do other work out programmes, they are too intensive and increase by cortisol levels, thereby making me gain weight instead of losing. Took me ages to find something low intensity. These workouts are perfect and the only time I have seen a difference.
    It’s also the only workout my husband will do with me!

    Thanks y’all for all you do at Team Body Project! A lot changed during the pandemic: I lost my job, gained weight, then I had a baby. I was exhausted and never had the motivation nor energy to workout. When I started Body Project in April, I couldn’t finish the workout… and I cried; not because I was mad or upset but because I was so dang proud of myself. Daniel, Alex, Kristen, and Tash: thank you for motivating me, providing inspiration and encouraging me to wake up the next day for another workout. I’m stronger, happier, and can almost squeeze back into my pre-pregnancy clothes! You’ve motivated my husband to join in, too!

    My 3rd Body Project workout and as with the other two, I LOVED this workout!!!!! These workouts are so different, different then any other I have done before and I am not new to home workouts. I am just sad I did not find them sooner.
    I'm totally hooked and am even buying the year subscription which I have never done before. These workouts are PERFECT!!! Daniel is a born motivator and even the beginner classes offer a huge challege!!
    Love the fun he has with his teammates and I find his messages valuable and much needed. He blows away every other male instructor out there!!!!

I am 60 years old and considered morbidly obese per USA standards and even I with bad knees can do your workouts!!!! love that you include people of all sizes in your videos.     Yours is the only channel that justifies what 'low impact' really means. It indeed has a low impact on knees! And this is from a girl who has struggles with weak knees for over a decade. The workout videos I've tried in the past alleviated my pain and i always end up giving up. Thank you for your workouts!! Really motivates me to move my body✨

    Thank you guys so much. I had cancer surgery #1/3 in June and I credit body project for rehabbing me back to running 3-4 miles a day. I Know as I am about to go into my second surgery in Nov body project workouts are going to keep me positive , motivated and in shape as I will have to take a step back from running yet again! #Change Juice!     Conocí a TBP en 2020, A partir de entonces no me he detenido en realizar los ejercicios. Noté cambios en mi cuerpo. Disminuí una talla. Ahora por problemas articulares los realizo más lento, pero no me rindo. GRACIAS a Dany y al equipo. He aprendido mucho de ellos, sobre todo, DISCIPLINA y constancia/perseverancia para seguir.     Not only is the physical workout phenomenal and do-able for me, (love knowing there is a 20 second modification coming so I push hard for the 40 seconds), the encouragement and kind words make so so happy and grateful!     I’ve done a couple of these videos and one of the reasons I love coming back is because of the body inclusivity in these programs. I love seeing all the different types in different parts of their journeys. Another big reason is Daniel. The way he talks to the viewer is very motivating but with so much kindness.     Thank you so very much for all your hard work! You truly have changed my life. I have done every video you have. The positivity, encouragement, and love are felt in each workout. I have always exercised, but always seen it as punishment until I found TBP. Genuinely, I see it as a blessing to move my "magnificent body". Daniel deserves an award for the most kind motivational fitness instructor- he is the most encouraging instructor I've ever used. Also I want to shout out to TBP for being REAL people, with real (by that I mean more relatable) bodies. Other videos everyone is always super toned, lean body types which make it harder to relate too. I can't express how much I love TBP. Beautiful people doing beautiful things!!!!     I have been following your channel for over a year now and so far your team are awesome 🎉 and helped me a lot . I have some days where I go back to my old ways but I believe if you put your mind to get back in shape then you will achieve your goals. Im in my late 50s but I feel healthier than I was 20 years ago. ❤

    I had just finished a 1-mile walk workout and stumbled upon this new upload . Your workouts are so effective and joint-friendly at the same time. One doesn't have to injure oneself to get a good workout session. This is a lovely workout from the team Daniel. Enjoyed it to the core. I love all your low impact,fat-burning workout sessions.     I started with body project in the first lockdown in NZ back in 2020, but I was never consistent (but I always loved coming here for Daniel's encouragement), but during this current lockdown I am proud to say I have been consistent with these workouts and have started to see some progress! I'm so happy that I found Body Project! Daniel and Alex you rock!

    You guys are my fitness hero’s !! I’ve been with you guys since December and my fibromyalgia pain has decreased so much I don’t have to gravitate towards my pain meds any more so thank you!! Also Your workouts helped me move a lot more despite having a back fracture/Injury to the point Im down 50 lbs

    This is my fav workout series. I did P90X and all the others like it. Now I’m 62 and still in great shape thankfully, and have darn good abs from doing these workouts. They are the perfect level of intensity. Plus the leader is chatty but humble and makes me feel good by his encouragement. Forget the rest, this series is the best!

    Love body project.. been doing this since June & it helps me built muscle and burn fat.. wth eating clean. Easy & simple n fun .. but sweat like hell😜.. helps me tobdo daily with my bz work shedule.. 30 mins.. love it💪🥰

    I was looking for a low impact cardio way to exercise and this is it! I was so sore after doing it 1X only! Repeated it again today and did a 20 minute cardio session. These workouts are fantastic and I really feel accomplished after finishing them, the best way to exercise & tone your body at home!

    Love your enthusiasm and humbleness Daniel. Been doing these workouts with you since the lockdown here in Cali, March 2020. Decided after the gym opened up I would just continue to do these workouts at home instead. I use the weights like Tash as often as possible. I'm almost 68 and managing to keep up with you.

    I felt really down today and I laid next to my daughter just feeling sad about the world we are currently in. Hubby made us breakfast for the first time in a while, we had our vitamins and then I decided I need to lift my spirit so I clicked onto Body Project. Daniel some how always lifts my spirits. I started the workout and 6mins in I wanted to give up, I didn't. When I reached the end I felt proud of myself. Daniel you continue to motivate me and these lovely ladies doing this workout with you make its so fulfilling and part of the team.

    For quite some time i let loose myself, especially after my father passed this March :( I finally decided to get back to moving my body, and i really enjoyed this video. I am struggling with cardio stuff which has lots of jumping because of my knees so this was a really good one on them. Thank you for making workout videos :) ( Also sorry for the rumbling)
