    Three years ago, I had a fairly intermediate workout regimen. I worked out everyday, alternating between strength exercises and 5k runs every other day. This was a regimen I held fast to for about 5+ years, and it was all that I had to stave off debilitating bouts of depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation.
    Then, a death in the family and the pandemic turned life upside down. Being holed up during this pandemic caused all of the depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation to come crashing back into my life.
    I stopped leaving my house altogether. I have been gorging on high fat foods, sugary desserts, soda…you name it…I ate it. I’ve gained almost 60lbs in the last 2 years as a result. My feet and hands have started to hurt and swell. I get winded just going up the stairs. My clothes don’t fit, and I hate looking at myself in the mirror. Although I am not a religious person, I have been very literally praying for death.
    Until 2 weeks ago, all I wanted was to go to sleep and never wake up. Then, I found “Team Body Project”…which is funny because I wasn’t even looking for workout videos.
    I don’t really know what drew me in to clicking on one of these videos, but I do know that I thought that if my prayers were going unheeded and I’m still alive…well…then, the least I can do is try to get the pain and swelling in my hands and feet under control. So, I clicked on the video. I haven’t looked back since.
    In a short two weeks, I’m already beginning to feel better, and I have begun to see the person that I once was. Although that person is still faintly in the distance, at least I know she’s still there, and that has given me the drive to keep going.
    “Team body project,” you guys are doing such amazing work for so many people…myself included.
    I know that I am just one more comment in a sea of testimonials lost in the comments section, but I hope you read this and know that you’ve saved one more life today.

      Dont feel you are alone in your life battle, I suffer this way too. This channel helps me alot. I actually do the workouts to feel part of the team and hear Daniel's amusing chit chat while he battles through the workout.

    This is the 5th Body Project video I've done in a little over a week. His way of giving permission to consider it a victory if you do lower intensity and encouraging you to push to your *own* limit has to be the reason I haven't given up on working out for months after feeling terrible after half a video like I usually do. I'm really thinking about buying the subscription to Body Project. Thank you so much!

    I just wanted to let you know, I've lost almost 78 lbs since Jan 1 this year. This video has been a huge part of that weight loss. Easy exercises for uncoordinated people who have a hard time with floor exercises yet they get that heart pumping. You are my favorite exercise instructors. God Bless you.

    I came across Body Project last week and started my first workout to one of the videos last week Tuesday. I’ve done several different videos 4-5 times a week. I’m at the end of my second week and I’m already seeing results. I can now bend down and tie my shoes! I have more energy and feel healthier. I was active until 11 years ago after having my first child, got busy with parenting and put myself on the back burner. I am now ready for a lifestyle change. I’m ready to be stronger. I want to be able to keep up with my kids. Daniel, you are the absolute best trainer and coach; your encouragement is so powerful. THANK YOU!

    I really appreciate the design of these videos. Having a people who aren't shredded is a lot more motivating for me. And having two people with different levels of fitness gives me something to work towards.

    I use to be such a gym rat. Life got away from me and I’m so obese. I’m tired of doctors saying it’s ok. Because that’s bull sh*t. I love your videos. I broke my arm in a gym, clean in Half and I didn’t realize, how frightened I am to go back. So I’ve started doing these videos. I did them in the summer and found success then harvest season came and fell off again. Now I’m back your inspirational words like, it’s a victory because you’re here, no matter the intensity or if u took extra breaks. it’s so helpful when you’re just starting. Thank you for putting these videos out. Hopefully this time I can loose the 75+ lbs that I desperately need to.

    I just clicked on a random video and I did not realize that the video is recent. Anyways, I wanted to thank you guys because I lost 57 pounds in 5 months. I was 272 pounds and now I am about 215(well I'm exactly 214.7) . My goal is to reach 190, but I want to thank Daniel and everyone else at Team Body Project!     I cannot thank you enough Daniel, Alex and Team Body Project. I have been doing this particular workout for two weeks now, five days a week, combined with health eating and I am happy to report that, in those two weeks, I have lost 5 pounds. I am 50 years old woman, 5.9 tall, and I have always been 145 to 150 pounds since I was 20 years even after having children. Since COVID, I have gained 20 pounds. I tried walking, fasting etc, it didn’t work, then noticed your videos and I particularly love this one because it is short. I am now fighting to lose 15 pounds and I know I will.     I ran across these videos in July and have only missed a handful of days excersizing..... I am 55 and have never exercised more then walking....Daniel just makes you want to move... The workouts are doable for overweight 55 year olds🙂... Never ever thought I would want to start everyday excersizing... I started doing everyday because if you only do let's say 4 days a week, it's too easy to make an excuse not to do it this day or that day ...but now I feel my body just wants it everyday! I missed a few day while on vacation and didn't feel as good.... My point ...Daniel you are a great motivator and just thank you thank you!!!

    FANTASTIC CARDIO SET Team body project !!! I love these short 15 second exercises. I feel like I was able to really enjoy each exercise because its not too long.     This was amazing, thank you for this workout! Burned 390 calories after doing the full workout! Trying to lose unwanted weight I have gained over the last while. Need low impact exercises, so this is absolutely perfect.

    Dear Daniel, I've been struggling for years with being overweight. In November I joined a app on the oculus quest 2 called Altspace. Two and a half weeks ago a couple friends and I started hosting a event in which we workout in. We use a TH-cam player to watch your videos that you post on TH-cam and work out to them. I sincerely want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Because I've already lost 25 pounds. I am so happy and I love my body and I just love the encouragement that you provide in your videos. We do this event Monday-Saturday 10am est and at 12:30pm est on Sunday
    Thank you again also be sure to thank all the people in your videos seeing people all shapes and sizes is also so refreshing. When I feel discouraged I sometimes have your sayings in my head come on come on you got this you're here you're doing this you're now progress not perfection. Just know that you're helping people thank you so very much again I know I've said this a lot but I'm gonna say it again thank you thank you you're awesome

At 65 years old with arthritis in both hands, I can only manage low impact exercises and Team Body Project has given me a whole new outlook on exercising. So thank you so much guys. I am 60 yes old & have continually put on weight with menopause no matter how I count calories or fast or whatever. Doing these classes with you guys keeps me going mentally & physically.     I gained 50 pounds after being on numerous medications for stage 3 endometriosis. I lost my self esteem, and myself. The wake up call came after my cholesterol and glucose got really bad. My dietician recommended I change my diet and exercise. Before the weight gain, I used to be very active. I know hated working out until I found your channel.     I've been working out with Team Body Project TH-cam videos since 2019, and I think this one is my favorite yet. The format of the exercises in this video is the best yet because you're only doing each different movement for 15 seconds a piece, which keeps things fast-paced and not boring. I've worked out to this video about 5 times in the last 4 weeks and it hasn't gotten old yet! I would love to see more of these where the duration of the movement is shorter, but maybe the total exercise time is a bit longer, like 25-40 minutes.
    Also, this is the first time I've commented on a Body Project video (even though I've been using them for 2+ years!) and I have to mention that Daniel has the most wonderful personality. He seems like such a fun, upbeat guy and the things he says are so motivating, about being a winner just for showing up and moving your body and all the positive, congratulatory things he says, especially at the end of the videos. I absolutely love his little sayings like, "Shoulders proud!" and "C'mon!"
    His accent is awesome too.

    I discovered your videos in February when I signed up to take part in Fitness February for the charity Macmillan. I was never going to go to a gym so I turned to TH-cam! I kept it up after February because Body Project make it genuinely enjoyable. Love the energy and you really keep the viewer motivated.
    I did this one for the first time today and I’m absolutely buzzing! My new favourite.

    UPDATE: 3 weeks later, and I'm stronger with this arrangement. So awesome. I wish I could like this video more than once. // Another winner in my books! Such easy to follow movements, and that video within a video really allowed me to keep up with the 15 second switches. I was laughing and smiling along with the camaraderie between Kristen, Tash and Daniel. So fun!!

    I SO needed this today. I logged on for my first post-Christmas exercise session, was going to do 20 mins with you and Alex and spotted this video instead. When you described what was coming up I wasn't sure if I'd get through it but I loved the 15-second bursts as it kept the workout interesting and achievable. Really upped my heart rate and felt amazing to get to the finish line with my favourite three Body Project amigos! At 38 years old I'd never found exercise I could truly enjoy, or stick at: until I discovered TBP. That feeling at the end of a workout, and Daniel's humour and motivational words keep me coming back. THANK YOU

    I started working out seriously over the summer. In the beginning, I would struggle to complete even just five minutes of a senior workout (I'm 37. Imagine my embarrassment). But through persistence, I can now do this entire video with no issue. Your channel has been such a life saver. I don't have painful joint issues anymore and I can tell my heart has strengthened and my stamina has definitely leveled up. Thank you so much for what you do!

    Daniel your style of leadership is SO needed and appreciated! I love your monologues and I love the comments you make. I think its great motivation when you shout out and it sort of kicks me in the butt! Your wife is great as well at design of workout and pushing. Togethor you two really are an effective team.     Haven't been doing BodyProject for the last 4 months now. Coming back was ROUGH but it feels good to be able to do it again. I did have to take like a 10 minute break after the second set but I tried to go as hard as possible on my 3rd.

    Thank you so much for this video. It is really great for me, as I wanted a workout that is easy to do, but still can have intensity and fat burn.
    Too many "beginner" video try to throw in exercises that combine too much stuff simultaneously. For me, who gets most cardio from biking 30+ km on workdays and doesn't have the best coordination, it is nice to have a workout that is simple for days where I am working from home and saturdays. (Also love that you are showing both the low and high intensity version, so you can match depending on the intensity for the individual exercise.)

    Finally a new workout!
    Body project helped me lose 75lbs.
    Now I'm pregnant and still doing body project.
    I plan on getting the yearly membership after I give birth.

    I have been working out about a month with the low impact exercises. I have lost 15 pounds so far. I am a 64 year old male and it has been a great workout for me. Thanks for the help.

    I was following your videos last year for only about 2 weeks and I lost 12lbs, no kidding! Then I was expecting and delivered my little one this year but I am ready to get back to watching and working alongside you guys.     Just did this and i honestly had such a great time. It was fun and definitely had me SWEATING... i never consider any workout "fun" but this is exactly what it is and him talking throughout the whole thing really kept me going
    Today's day one and i plan on doing this religiously 💜💜💜

    In my 60’s now so scaling down to low from high impact adopted some 10 years ago. It fits me perfectly as I feel comfortable following your video so I can totally manage and yet sweating all through. 🙏Thanks!

    Just done this for the first time, I used to exercise a lot, including running, but foot arthritis stopped me running , I lost all motivation, but have gained weight now, and I have done Body Project workouts for about 2 weeks, and my motivation is slowly coming back. I hope I can keep it going, its hard at moment, but I am going to give it a good go.

    I was trying to find some workout video that I could do from the beginning to the end. It’s so difficult for me whenever it involved in the exercise with lying down on the yoga mat, so I gave it up quickly. Just from last week, I randomly watched the body team projects. It’s something I could complete without much stress. It helped me to keep exercising. Hopefully I could lose some weight.
