    Can we please take a moment and appreciate the fact that this man excercises and talks non stop and secondly he's an amazing trainer? He doesn't just point out how easy this workout is. He mentions we should pause whenever we need it and he keeps encouraging! Amazing person! So positive! Stay safe man!

    I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again. th-cam.com/users/postUgkx5VQ5nUzHu6i0O5_u7ipyLnCz0lbsSvr0 I am not fat but I am thick and have muscle. I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

    Tonight I was a bit depressed about having pcos and not being able to lose weight,I was about to go get some fast food and emotionally eat but I decided to exercise instead I don't regret my decision,thank you for being that motivation I cried with the end song and I feel great now.

      I suffer from the same thing. I lost 30 lbs last year from becoming pescretarian, and got down to 200lbs. Then I got pregnant. And gained all 30 lbs back. I am stuck again, and can't find my rhythm again. Now I am a new mom and I have to care gor my baby and I have been so concerned about my health. I went to the doctor to have blood work done to check my thyroid and everything. It can be stressful. Don't beat yourself up!! You got this.

    He's tired and breathes hard, other instructors will be like "Wow my heart has stopped beating and my muscles are torn but I LOOOOVE IT". I love how realistic the instructor is.

    real people, real emotions and limitations, god this is nice when your instructor gets tired too.
    These type of exercises is what we need in these times, self isolation is time for self development

    This feels sooooo good, and the coach is AMAZING !!!!! I'm 74 years old, and I normally play tennis 4 times a week in the summer, and badminton 4 times a week in the winter. Due to the Pandemic I can't do my normal sports, so when I discovered Body Project it was a gift sent from Heaven. I'm with you every day. Thank you so much for your instructions and the mental support. YOU ARE THE GREATEST.

    I’m starting my weight loss journey, probably for the 1,000 time. It took me 3 days to get through whole video. I felt so encouraged throughout the whole video. When I finished my 30 mins I got so emotional because I made it! I started looking at other videos and it is truly my speed for my life style.       That's great, but it might be a good idea to pinpoint why exactly you failed the precious 999 times and work on that. Otherwise you're likely to repeat it.

      High impact means more like jumping or things that involve striking, where high intensity means higher heart rate and tougher work. A jumping jack is high impact because you take both feet off of the ground at once and jump. Hope this helps!

    When I first join team body project I was at 194 lbs six months later I now weight 147 🏋️‍♀️♥️ I do low impact twice a week and 3 days using body project HIIT with a little bit of weight training!! 🏋️‍♀️♥️ never felt so good 😁😁thanks to the team BP!♡♡♡♡

    I am 51 years old. I had a total hip replacement a few years ago and I am a 31 year kidney transplant patient. I was looking for low impact work out. Folks I did this work out at my speed! I burned over 200 calories. My goal is to lose 15 pounds. I want to stay healthy. Thank you very much. I am proud of myself and will do it again tomorrow.

    This is by far my FAVORITE workout from you guys. I appreciate all of your low impact workouts, but I feel like this one takes the cake & I always circle back to it. It’s the perfect amount of intensity to where I’m sweating all over, but it’s still manageable and I don’t feel like I’m completely dying afterwards. As someone who’s only 29 years old but has extremely bad knees due to running for years, I am so thankful for your low impact cardio videos because I can still move my body in a way that feels good for me, without putting stress on my knees. Plus, Daniel, you are so unbelievably positive.. it makes me cry! Thank you. Just... thank you. ❤️🖤

      It's endurance. I sometimes notice some workouts in these videos are slower paced and I find myself wanting to go faster but ut burns so much more at a slower pace like some of the squat workouts they do in some videos. Ooooooof the burn lol. But I love this channel

    Take away from this: We are all entitled to get tired snd slow down in the middle of our workout. Love how Dan and Tash stormed through even though they both fell silent and lessened their intensity. YOU GUYS ARE THE MVP!

    How I made it through this to the end was Daniel being honest about how he couldn’t do high impact and how much he was pushed in this workout.     I'm quite impressed with how easily I was able to do this workout and I can still walk 👍. From starting at 138kg and barely being able to walk for half an hour, to being able to play sport and move around quickly is an amazing feeling. 63kg down and maintained it for over a year 💪

    I’m so proud of myself, I’m was so close to quitting the workout but I pushed through it😭 my weight is 248 lbs and my goal right now is to hit 199 and my make way down to 150. It’s not going to be easy but it’s going to be worth it❤️‍🔥

    Weird comment but I like how it is not "perfect": you struggled with coordination a bit and the casual out of breath conversation, it really makes me feel like I am there with you.
    Perfect quick workout for when I don't have that much time during the day. It still gets your heart pumping. I was a sweaty mess after finishing it.

    I love how intense this is yet my knees and ankles feel completely natural without strain. I stand all day at work and can't to jumping exercises. This kind of workout is a godsend!

Earlier I was following the low impact beginners cardio the first few days were quite intense for a person like me who hasn't moved her body in years but later I got used to it , and today I switched to this one !     I've never been able to finish a whole workout session without pauses cause i end up feeling soo bored with the workout and frustrated with the instructors.. I'd always end up cussing them out in the middle of my workout because all their talking was annoying me.. But you guys are soo fun to work out with! The instructors are great and the exercises are actually fun to do.. Soo seriously thank you you guys are amazing

    I've been doing this workout 4x a week for a month and my arms are getting so toned!! I like to redo the last part at the end so that it burns over 300 calories :) No other workout online gives me such a good sweat for so little stress on my joints. Thank you so much!

    This is so good! 😉😆. Absolutely one of my favorite workouts. My first attempt at doing this was back in December 2020 and it was a disaster. Months later I find it effortless -except the touch and raise 😆😆 The best part is the 6-7 min burner at the end and the dynamic combo of Tash and Daniel. They are hilarious throughout.

      I live on the top floor of an apartment, so this is a great workout if you are worried about accidentally making your neighbors think there is an earthquake taking place.

      @@fatimajahangir9073 I quit drinking as much soda and started drinking more water, quit eating so much fast food and started making homemade meals. I quit snacking after 8pm and instead I do yoga. And these workouts every morning gave me more energy to want to cook at home. I left the sugary crap at the store and started eating carrots when I felt snacky. I still eat the sugary stuff every once in a while but the sugar free popsicles help with those cravings most of the time.

    I am an ex-triathlete with damaged knees due to horrific accident that left me in a wheelchair for several months last year. I appreciate the notion that we are all fortunate to be able to move as I did not for a very long time! I needed to find something to do during self quarantine to keep up with my recovery because gym is closed. Thanks for being down to earth and fun!!

    I MADE IT!!!!!! first it was 12 mins, then 15 minutes, and then 20 minutes. 3 weeks later, i made it to the end. i feel so accomplished!! cheers!!!!!

    I started faithfully exercising with Body Project 3 weeks ago. I count calories, yoga and walk 2 miles. Somedays I do only one thing somedays 2 but I do something everyday. I love your workouts and the crew is great. Even though others don't see a visible change I feel amazing. I feel changes going on inside physically, mentally and even spiritually. With exercising and adopting better eating habits I am learning temperance. I am glad Body Project is on this journey with me. Thank you.

    I appreciate that this man is thin, fit, and not old, but he acknowledges the benefits of low impact workouts and says he has to do them because his knees are bad. My husband insists he wants to get back into running and I’m trying to get him to think differently about exercise and what exercises are good for the body.

    I cannot stress enough how AMAZING this workout is!!! It is really intense and your vibe makes ALL the difference. I have an injury on my left knee so can only do low impact moves. I was searching for videos yesterday, found yours, LOVED your energy and decided to give it a try. I honestly thought I wouldnt be able to finish it but I DID 🎉 YESSSSS, I finished it all without stopping. I had a big smile on my face the entire time. Loved it!!!

    Started 27 days ago with a video from this channel, a low impact workout.
    Weight 75.4 kg
    Now just finished with this exercise (the 12th video from this channel I exercised to) and at 69.5 kg
    I did my calorie deficit (no fasting or keto, just cut the calories. Still ate my carbs from oatmeal.) and exercised at least 6x a week. 2x with resistance in the gym, 2-4 days with videos from this channel and other channels as well, and recently did HIIT to mix things up around. Feels good that I'm slowly getting my endurance back. My low weight before was like 60 kg and I was a lot stronger in lifting back then. Pandemic came, overeating too and ended up overweight. Still a lot of fat around my belly but slowly trimming it down.

    I am injured (shoulder) and found this series of workouts as I look towards a home based fitness program for a few months - I've tried a few but The Body Project is so inspiring and feels safe (warm up and cool downs included). I'm able to adjust movements to accommodate my injury and I love seeing real people doing the workouts too. I am grateful to have this outlet to stay motivated and moving - thank you so much for making these workouts available!

    I lost 28 lbs last summer (213lbs to 185lbs) just using three things: Running/Power-walking 5km, The Gym, and BODY PROJECT WORK OUTS! Daniel you guys are amazing, Your workouts are fun and I never feel bad after having done one! Your mantra of "If you're moving, you're winning" has inspired me to get through some really hard stuff and power on forwards! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for that!
    Also this workout is probably the hardest and most fulfilling thing I've done recently! I'm training for a half marathon atm so that counts for a lot!

    This was harder than it looked! I'd been doing beginner exercises since August 2022, and felt like I needed something a little more challenging, and this is it. I could only make 27:28 minutes, but I will increase as my body gets used to it. This one made me sweat a lot! Thanks you!

    I've been doing this video for about 5 years and am 70 years old. After breast cancer surgery my physical therapist was so impressed with my range of motion she just told me to keep up with this! My health has improved doing these south. Thank you, Daniel!
