On this week's Quick and Dirty, I am going to be giving you a short podcast episode all about Berberine, how I used it clinically and why I think it is NOT Nature’s Ozempic.
I’ve used this herb a LOT clinically and I’ve never seen it lead to any appreciable weight loss or appetite suppression.
I will explain the difference between the two, and you can decide for yourself!

I take the pen and shot the medication in vials I ordered. This allows me to control the dosage.

If your blood sugar got into the normal range with ozempic, would it still be ok to take Berberine and Ozempic at the same time? Or, would it lower the blood sugar too much?

Dr Tyna I saw you on chalene Johnson's podcast you explain the Olympic I've been trying to lose weight in a carnivore diet I want from 249 to 218 then everything stopped! You explain the psoriatic arthritis and I have every symptom, I got the first covered shot and got an autoimmune disease I think it's the arthritis you described. I have now been admitted in the hospital recovering from a STROKE!.I thought I was doing everything right with my diet! I'm thinking I need to be on Ozempic, my my insurance will pay, my question is how do I get the drops n how much do I start with? Thank you for sharing this TRUTH! Patricia

Wondering if I’d be a good candidate for the small dosage. I am a Pilates instructor and have been anywhere in weight from 124-135. But mostly at 124. However as I notice my hormones have been changing, I went from 123 to 127. Then from 127 to 132. Now I’m at 135. I still fit on my clothes but notice I feel fluffier around my waistline. I workout with weights. I do need to get my own protein consumption up. But other than that not doing anything unhealthy.

Would lifelong chronic constipation cause the cells to be compromised? Nothing fixes it, but I take a lot of magnesium oxide to be able to go everyday. Wondering if that would make them less compromised or not. I’ve had this problem my whole life, and been overweight my whole life 😢

Thanks for clarifying. When microdosing, how to you administer the drops?

Probably uses click counting method to get a partial dose instead of turning the pens dial all the way to the suggested dose

You can set the speed to .75 or even half speed .5… yourself …that way she can still talk normally and you can listen slowly

There's a setting so you can slow down the video. Sorry you are a slow listener. Maybe the slow video setting will help you. 😊
