    Found this because of tyna. This was so phenomenal. Dr tyna just has a way of putting everything into words without apology and without making it fluffy nice or pretty. We seriously need more voices like this. This is what I've been saying for over a decade. I'm in one of the most compliant countries in the world and it's just so disheartening to see almost everyone around me brainwashed robots. As a Jew I've grown up learning about Nazis and the holocaust.atleast I can say now I would not have complied and believed the propoganda during WW2. Please keep speaking guys!!

    We have been programmed to believe one false idea at a time.
    Therefore we have to deconstruct every false idea, one-at-a-time and replace it with the best data we can find.

    Really good talk. However I disagree with saying that animal fats and proteins are healthy -- if you read up on whole food plant-based (How Not to Die, The China Study, etc.) you'll find animal products are not healthy. The plant-based alternatives like beyond beef are not healthy, no, but they do help to reduce the impact of climate change. Animal agriculture is a top contributor. Most of the talk I loved though, especially on sugar and strength training!

      Breads, pastas, grains, seed and vegetable oils and sugar are the enemies. Not healthy Fats

      Leigh you need to understand where that information about meat being bad comes from that is one of the main propaganda that has been forced down us. Likely manly have the ability to actually read where these studies are complete bs

    Perfect timing for me y'all! 🙌 Bravo! 👏 This issue has been on my heart as of late. Mind blown but then, not really. 🤷 I am an adult with 2 children and I never had a method or routine for daily hygiene let alone any kind of self care. What's that!?!? 👀🤦 And today, I cry.... Because my kids were born into this. Up until now, this is all they've known. And so I keep thinking... "FUCK ME! IT'S ALL SYSTEMIC!!! There's no "fixing" this. We have to tear everything down and go back to the beginning. That, or most people won't even know where to start, so they start at the top. because the mountain of shit we've built is so fucking big, no one's thinking to start at the base/root BECAUSE IT'S FUCKING IMPOSSIBLE!! WE HAVE TO SOMEHOW BLOW UP THE ENTIRE THING, TAKE A WALK, FIND SOME OTHER SPACE AND START OVER. Crazy... Makes my head spin. 😵🤏
    Ok then... give me a regiment. Some kind of program or curriculum that can become second nature. There's TOO MUCH information out there. Where can I find a synopsis or actually have an intelligent conversation with someone who actually knows their shit, but that I don't have to pay to have had that conversation. I know stuff. Maybe we can exchange some information. 🙋
