THE WORKOUT:
10 x 45sec SkiErg Efforts
Girls 195m | Guys 240m
Burpee Penalty, 1 x burpee per missed meter. Complete pen burpees in break.
THE FINISHER:
For this groupie finisher, grab yo-selves a 20kg O-Bar and sit in a circle with your legs out in front of you, o-bar on chest. 1 person starts by pressing 2 reps above head, next person in line does the same until the circle has completed 2 reps each, the reps then go up to 4,6,8,10…..and what goes up must come down, 8,6,4, all the way back down to 2. HOWEVER…If someone drops the bar they must complete 5 burpees *only 1 person can be performing burpees at any given time.
