    I never comment on videos but I must for this. I started my glutenjourney when I was 19 years old, as I was very flat and wanted some curves. At the beginning it took a long while to build my glute muscles and I did weight training and hardcore workouts. In 2022 I had some health issues and hadn't been to the gym for a long time. I wasn't as flat as I was at 19, but I lost much of the muscle mass. I wanted to ease back into working out to prevent strain, and I started with these videos by Ivana. After doing this workout only twice I saw results! I'm not sure if I was targeting my glutes correctly before in the gym, or watching the correct videos. But these butt workouts, especially this one, gets you the results. I love working out in a gym and working up a hard sweat, but it's also nice to be able to do this workout and see results without putting in hours of work outs and obtaining slow results. The key to this is really focusing on activating your glutes, so focus! Don't do the exercises sloppily, and have good form. You will see results. Thank you Ivana!

      Way back 2015 I was really physically active. I’m active in gym. I can split squat with bar and weight’s. But there was a time I stopped and seems it’s really hard to go back. It seems I’m back to zero if I start again. Until now I’m having hard time to go back.. I miss my old self.. the energy I had before. 😢 I was also very flexible before. But now It hurt’s to reach my toes..

    I started last year and the progress is insane, i get compliments from everyone around me! some even suggest i got a bbl surgery 😂. trust me girls! this is so worth it, and i still do it now, not even for the butt but the exercises helping me stay in shape!     Believe it or not, it works! I had a flat iron butt and after a month of doing this people did comment / stare. And yes I did it in a month in 2014… I will never forget.

    I did this workout a few times , but then i stoped working out this last month of December. Now I'm back! I am going to do thsi workout 3x week and insanity workouts. I will post my progress in a few weeks 😊

    I’ve been doing the glute muscle workout for like a month now and I can honestly say that it makes my butt a bit fuller and rounder, even my mum noticed the changes too! She even thought I bought a shapewear, but I said, no mum, it’s just exercise. Thank you for your videos. 😊

      @Anjani Mehrotra I haven’t tried weights but based on my experience and having a flat butt 🙈. Not just my mum but now, some of my friends noticed that I got rounder and bigger butt, and my legs got bigger too. You just have to continue it , maybe lifting weights will give you bigger results but on my case, I felt satisfied with my results 😊. Good luck!

Like 3 weeks dear, my butt becomes rounder and firmer, now I’m doing it for like almost 2 months now and I can truly see the changes whenever my friends take photos of me. 😊 It may not give you an immediate result but once you put your mind into it by doing it everyday, then you’ll see the changes for yourself 😊

    I will start doing this one every day. I got amazing results from your other booty workouts. I always do them 5x a week and my butt has changed sooo much! I've got a nice bubble butt now :)

    I have been doing this work out 5-6 days a week for the past 3 weeks and my butt actually looks nicer-
    And because my butt got bigger my posture actually got better too... because I don't lean back onto my flat butt when I'm sitting anymore.

    I'm 51 and been doing this and more since a teen, every single day even multiple times a day. If you do it and keep up with it regularly I can truly tell you it all works.

      @@Magroeiears of work will disappear if u stopped working on it but will take a while if u eat moderately. For example if u have abs that u attained when u were u young, kids age and workout in 20s but stopped your abs will still show for 1-2 years. And I feel like In other parts of body the muscles u gained will shrink a lot faster if u have stopped working out or sleeping right, even with moderate eating it can/ shrink slowly in months time maybe?😅

    Hey! I read comments here a month and a half ago that it works. So I gave myself a challenge that day to see if it really worked (now it’s about month). And omg! I have to say that I started seeing results after a week. I've been working out every other day according to this video and I have to say that my butt has gotten firmer and rounder. 🤩 And I went a month without weighing myself. If you combine it with your own body according to this video and weights, I think it will be great! So I recommend 10/10. 🙂

    Ive been doing these work outs since i was a teenager (im 37 now), and i can attest to it that they do infact work. I do 2 sets of 30 so 60 in total for each workout plus lunges.

    I already did that before and the results are unbelievable but I also add some exercises for butt growing. I am so determined to grow it that I do it 3× a day believe me my butt grew and becomes rounder.. unfortunately I need to stop due to illness I think because of extreme exhaustion..But now I'm starting to do it again cause why not?😊

    How often should I do this? Because usually I do workouts every second day and do a pause in between these days. But I’ve hear many are doing this everyday, so what’s more effective?

      it's usually recommended to do leg day like 3 times a week so you can give your muscles rest days

    I honestly have been working out to build some glute, and let me tell you, even though I haven't been consistent, I have notice something. At least my glutes feel tight. There's soooooo many workouts and opinions on how to grow your glutes that it can be confusing. I don't think doing this by itself will grow my glutes specifically. (Talking about me only) I did it and I like it. I will probably add this to my workout, but its usually a combination of good eating, active workouts, good resting, etc... to get these results. I'm not discouraging anyone from doing this workout. I'm just saying it I don't think it will help me much.

    These exercises look amazing and I like that weights aren't needed. I also really appreciate the nice music and the time countdown...so helpful. But I don't like that she has those butt inserts in her pants. Very deceptive and not necessary because this is a great workout. Thank you!

    I never comment on any workout video like ever but this workout change flat n square boots for like... 2 weeks i guess less or so
    🎉 the result is incredible i cant stop touching my booty because its feel so unreal 😂
    My butt look rounder and have much more lift, i can confirm this work because my underwear feel tighter 😂 should start to buy new undies 🎉🎉🎉 thank you so so much

    I thought i gained some srtrength in my glutes so i tried this workout with a light resistance band and my legs were shaking so hard at the end😂 thx for this amazing workout ivana

    Thank you for this video =) I want to start but have a few questions. Is this workout for once a day/week or? and can you explain the position further while doing these workouts please..? Like for an example, tighten up the stomach or pushing from the muscle etc, these details are important to reach the goal without injury.

      I would do them like for 5/4 days then take a break (breaks are reaallyyy important along with eating enough protein if u wanna get gains lol)

    To look like the result picture 📸, it will take you 1+ year, WITH Weights and resistance, and of course CONSISTENCY 😉. don't be fooled and discouraged by week 4 of these workouts. Just keep pushing Day by day, week by week. Time goes by fast! Before you know it, you'll be looking much better, than you did at the start, and that'll be worth it 💪🏻

    Hoy comienzo día 1 con los ejercicios de Ivana, soy una persona muy delgada y planita mi medida de gluteos es 87cm veré cuales seran los resultados cada semana y les informo en 1 mes si progresé con estos ejercicios, claro está tambien aunmentare poco a poco ingesta de alimentos como lacteos, carne, atun, le comento despues, vamos por aumento de masa muscular, P.D. el ejercicio está algo intenso
