    I’ve been intermittently fasting since late May and I’ve lost 52 pounds. It’s saved my life! I still have 60 lbs to go. I was way fat!

      Huge Congratulations! I am beginning to do Intermittent fasting after gaining 32 pounds because of COVID anxiety. I did lost 18 pounds in four months in 2017 and did well until COVID.

    I eat a salad everyday. I put in Romaine Lettuce or Kale, 1 oz of Feta cheese, tomatoes, purple cabbage, celery, green onion, cilantro, carrots, toasted sunflower seeds (or almonds, or walnuts), THEN I make my dressing: 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil, 1 Tbsp of Vinegar, a good squeeze of Dijon Mustard, a little salt and pepper, salad supreme and VOILA.......I put it in a big bowl and stir it all up and put it into a nice bowl and sit and enjoy it without music, t.v., netflix, TH-cam, etc. Just enjoy it....I have it with fish or chicken only and only about 2-3 ounces. I was raised with salads so this is why I love them.

    Hi Frédérique, thanks for the videos and the channel. Don’t worry about not liking cooking and sharing food content. I think it’s a good perspective to watch people who eat healthy like yourself and do not like cooking because this gives us ideas on what to do in the kitchen even if we don’t have time or don’t feel like cooking we can still eat healthy and respect our bodies. So please keep sharing videos on what you cook and eat please. It’s a good change than watching TH-camrs who post long cooking videos with a lot of steps involved because sometimes you just don’t want to spend that much time in the kitchen but still want to stay fit and healthy.

    Hi Freddie, I discovered your channel last week and am really enjoying watching all your videos! Thanks for sharing!! I would love to see your soups and salads, and you know, you don't really have to think of it as a cooking video. :) It's just a video on what you do every day anyway, and I'm sure lots of us would love some ideas for healthy "no-cooking" or quick and easy meals! I'm from the US, and as I'm sure you know, many Americans do not like cooking. I am an exception. I love cooking all my meals at home. However, sometimes I spend too much time at it, so I could really use some ideas for simple and healthy eating!
    On an unrelated note, I heard you mention washing your clothes by hand and keeping your shoes clean in some of your other videos. I would enjoy seeing a video on how you care for your different types of clothes and accessories!

    I intermittent fast /16/8... For health I have arthritis I'm 68.... I am . So much better on this.. I make my own wholemeal bread which never bloats me.. I eat butter... I eat whole foods bascilly one small salad and a meal in the evening ... I have a coffee with cream.. NO SUGAR.... I THINK SUGAR IS THE CULPRIT NOT FAT..... I LIMIT FRUITS....I eat berries.... SO THANKYOU FOR YOUR CHANNEL AND ADVICE.... 👍😍💋

    I eat 1 meal a day between 4pm-6pm. My husband and I walk 3.5 miles a day. If I feel hungry, I drink water...that’s it! Health is important to me...not getting any younger!😊

    Frederique, I have been watching your channel for some time on various topics, commenting here and there. Thank you for sharing all your "tips and tricks". You are relatable and discuss common and often forgotten topics for women. This topic has special interest to me as I've recently been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes at age 54 and have taken a completely different approach to my diet (no fad diets) and lifestyle including exercise. So far I've lost 28 lbs and on my 5'3" frame that is a lot of weight. My favorite foods include pasta and pizza or anything bread, but cannot eat those as I have before. Moderation for sure.     nice video =) ! Just simple and healthy dishes are the key ! I just stopped the rice crackers because of the high GI glycemic index ( Indice glycemique in French). You can continue to eat bread but chose low carb flour to make it

    i agree with Carol Thomas "Husbands can be ..." i have also learned to not to bring a serving dish of food to the tabler or i will just serve more when im not even hungry,that has helped with weight loss. I am not a breakfast person and never eat eggs or other dairy. I usually eat fruit for breakfast any suggestions? i am also a lover of avocados but not only once or twice a week on my toast, which i love! but i also ate an avocado a day and that wasnt unhealthy just a lot of fat that adds up. I also gave up pasta and bread and all alchool until i get to my desired weight.

    Hey frederique I have overnight oats with dates, Apples and powdered ginger then add almond milk mix together andput in fridge overnight, eat in the morning with some flaked almonds, is sooo good. Lunch is ryvitas with houmus, cheese or tuna. Dinner at night is more fish, or chicken with salad or steamed vegs.. Have lost nearly five stones in six months...

    Did I hear you correctly? Did you say you gave up bread forever? Or is it just for this time period until you lose the weight you want to lose? I make my own Sourdough bread and I find it doesn't have the same reaction that other bread has.....namely bloating. I've read that it's actually good for the gut. I think it's because of the wild yeast and good bacteria that is pulled out of the air and some say that's in the flour. Anyway, I just want to make sure I understood you right. Thanks! I love your videos. You are very natural and I love that!!

      I think i'm the only one to lose weight in lockdown that I know because I wasn't out the house for 12 + hours a day I had time to exercise after work without being too late or too tired

      OMG me too! I weigh more than I ever have weighed in my entire life. When I went to the doctor 2 months ago I was 155 lb!

    Stress is my obstacle to healthy eating, after a long day of work all I crave is ice cream and I mean real creamy delicious 😋 ice cream. Every day I promise myself I will do better with my eating and I cave in every day 🙁but I love your ideas and I will definitely try. Thank you 🙏

    Love to put some oxheart cabbage or other cabbage in my salad to give it some more bite .....beetsalade is great too in summer.

    Thank you for sharing your journey. I have been following your fellow French weight loss guru, Mireille Giulliano, and I am enjoying your update. I did not know food and drink are not allowed on public transport. We could do with that rule enforced in the UK.
