    This was one of the best series you have produced. However you called it as weight reduction programme. This can be called as healthy life programme.     Neelam ji….skandaasan me mere knee pain ke karan thodi pareshani hui or do teen baar try karne ke baad fir kr payi…thoda forcefully hi kia mene…jese ki pahle bhi aapko bataya tha ki mujhe sciatica ki problem h….ab isi karan mujhe knee me pain rahne laga h…ek nerve bahut pareshan krti h side wali….aapki videos se thoda relief h but shayad abhi or tym lagega pura thik hone me…wese m repeat kr rhi aap ye wala session…its 4th tym

    Thank you so much dear, very well thought out aasanas and well explained. My personal experience with malaasana (squatting and pushing hands on the thighs) is that it results in low back pain.

      It happens because of the weak muscles, to strengthen them practise downward dog & cobra pose :)

      Almost in every paranayama but specially in anulom vilom. Breathing exercises ke waqt Mann kharab hota hai lekin asans krte waqt koi problem nhi hoti ....
