    I am really happy to say that after 20-25 days of regular practice of these asans there was immense relief in acidity, earlier I had acidity after every meal not it is reduced to bare minimum. By practicing these asan and few dietary modification like fixing eating time, not eating not in night I am seeing a great relief in my acidity.
    Thanks a lot for sharing such great knowledge so efficiently.

    I have few questions:-
    1. After eating I usually gets acidity, so os it advisable to do above yogas after eating??
    2. Which yogas can be done after eating??
    3. For CURE, how long we need to continue above yogas for acidity???

      1. Practise yoga only empty stomach
      2. you should do vajrasana
      3. You need to adapt Yoga as a part of your life and not look for short term results

    Neelam ji, I have pain in right shoulder. I think its frozen. Had met with an accident. Since then underwent physio therapy and got a little better but again picked up some heavy things. Its back to sqaure one. Please help me with some yogic assanas to completely cure my self of shoulder problem and lower back ache. I will really be grateful

    Thank you mam for such an informative video.Mam chandrabhedi pranayam anulom vilom k baad mein karna hai ya pahile?Mein roz bhastrika, kapalbhati, bahya pranayama, anulom vilom, brahmari, udgeeth karta hu..m suffering with acidity and reflux problem.Can you please share the correct flow of pranayam for the above mentioned pranayam including the pranayams which you mentioned today.

    Mam muje bhi acidity ka problem he..muje hatome tingling hoti he ghbrahat hoti he .chakkar jaise hota he..isse Kam ho jayega kya... Khane ke bad dakar bhi bahot ate he
