Hello Namrata Ji, Its a delicate topic and I will definitely make videos for the same. In early trimesters avoid deep back bending and prone poses. Vipritkarni, butterfly pose, malasana and side bends are good. For pranyama avoide Kapalbhati and Bhastrika ( or do it with very slow speed) rest of the pranayama like bhramari, anulom vilom, sheetali, ujjayi are very beneficial :)
