The real-time stretches are great. If I can't follow along movement to movement, I strain my neck to hit pause in a video as each new instruction is given. Being able to follow along makes all the difference.
Hi Doctor Jo! I just came across this video. That was super helpful for me. I have been going for massage because of all the tension & stress in my muscles, and the majority of that is from being at a desk all day. This was a very nice little break up for my day. Thank you!
I know this video is PRE-COVID but working from home affords me two things, LOTS of OT and astronomical swelling the likes I've never experienced before. And i don't get to get and walk around as much at home as I did at the office. So thank you. This was refreshing. Looking for ways to combat my swelling short of giving up my OT to free myself up to exercise more I think incorporating this will help as I search out other ways to spend these LONG days at my desk
Great video, Dr. Jo! Love the real-time stuff! I followed this one along with you, and the piriformis stretch towards the end was actually kind of amazing. More real time videos, please!
I really like your presentation, voice and manner. It must seem strange for you, the presenter, sitting there, waiting for 30 seconds to go by, but it's wonderful for people like me following along. I appreciate your patience!
Just did this. It helps relax my stiff body. Just subscribed too! Do you have exercises for fingers? I type an awful lot and my fingers are stiff too. Pls help
Great video!! I will do these every day during my work day. I am considering purchasing a ball chair do you recommend one or other products that could help with posture issue with one of my discs being pinched in the low back area?
Thanks! Stability balls are a great way to work on your core and posture while sitting, but you definitely have to build up to it, and only do a little bit at a time until you get use to it. Good luck!
Hello Dr. Jo... How about tummy tuck exercises??? If u could show us... Mine is little extra padding and willing to tuck back in if u could kindly post a video??? Thanks...
