    Been following this exercise for ten years, while I discovered hiit, yoga etc etc while always coming back to this one. What a great set, with cardio, strength and stretching, all in 10 minutes and from such a calming and nurturing voice!

    Suggest speed x.75 or just add reps while she’s talking for those who felt that the video skips reps.

    I like this video but it would be better in an unshortened version. i regularly have to pause the video finish my own exercises.

    I downloaded this video to my desktop and doing it always (Alone of course)...Also this guy stretching reminds me of Sheldon Cooper

    It looks like some sort of interpretive dance XD but very nice for a quick stretching during long hours sitting at a computer

    According to the University of Maryland, 10 minutes moderate intensity aerobics (this is low-intensity at best) burns about 60 calories on average. A single slice of bread contains 79 calories. This isn't worth your time. Just skip the snacks and extra meals and you'll be doing more good than an hour of intense exercises every day.

      It's a self-levelling survival technique. Carrying a coffee and donut simultaneously strengthens muscles, saves the time of making two trips and ensures survival calories. The endorphins released from this heavier-loaded exercise lower the stress response when all the donuts are gone and encourage faster movement at the next coffee break to beat the skinny, fast bastards that get them all first. Occasionally, nature throws in a big, fat, lazy bastard that just stands there and eats them all until it keels over thus allowing the over-indulgent herd to slim down a bit - for a while.

      This 10 mins exercise is like an add-on in the total hours workout per day. It helps to make your work more efficient as well as more active.

      I thought this was more about counteracting the effects of being sat for long periods of time at a desk, not for burning calories...
