    Welcome to my channel, let's flow together! I'm going to take you through this simple yet effective 10 minute morning yoga stretch to ease you into your day. This is a gentle yoga practice suitable for all levels, great for beginners. No props are required, simply meet me on the mat when you're ready.
    I'll take you through poses like cobra, reclined hamstring stretches, seated neck release, child's pose and bridge. Doing a little bit of yoga in the morning is a wonderful way to get some energy and to wake up slowly.

    I have been doing Yoga w Kassandra for two years now, I doubt you’ll see this Kass but thank you for creating an abundance of free content that is super simple to follow. I played soccer for a majority of my life and a lot of times went thru the motions of stretching; resulting in tight hips. This channel has made me appreciate my body more, create stronger mind muscle connections, and really free up certain imbalances and tightness. From the beginner classes to the 30 day challenges, this channel has been more than just a solution but slowly turning into lifestyle.

    Thank you so much for these 10 minute morning yoga practices. I have not missed a day since discovering your channel in August of last year. I love the nature videos that you post from your backyard. The chirping of the birds is so peaceful and relaxing as I move through the class. I think I even heard a bullfrog in one video!!     Kassandra your attention to detail without being too much, is incredible! Those little tweaks make such a difference.
    I loved the seated posture at the end, the heart opening one with our arms behind us, elbows bent and trying to bring them closer together! Amazing. I didn't realise how tense I'd been!
    Yoga and nature are my medicine 🙏🏽💚

    Really grateful for this class. I hurt my back about a week ago and since then have been in near constant pain from daily movements. Haven’t been in the gym at all, but this was so nice to be able to at least move and stretch a little albeit I moved a bit more awkwardly due to the pain.
