Hi everyone, thank you so much for meeting me on the mat! This morning yoga class is 20 minutes long and suitable for all experience levels. It's a wonderful stretch that will help you increase flexibility and feel better in your body as you begin your day. I'll give you some options along the way to make the poses either more beginner-friendly or slightly more advanced.
Morning yoga is a wonderful way to put yourself first and start your day with intention and mindfulness. No props are needed, just get into something comfy, unroll your mat and let's get started!
I'll take you through poses like gate pose, warrior 3, low lunge, humble warrior and pigeon pose.

Thank you so much Dearest Kassandra, thank you for allowing me the honor to practice with you again. I am grateful that, despite having advanced stage liver disease, I was able to complete this practice. I Still, however , am struggling to find my balance and hold it and I, also , don't have the strength for chataranga. Since my muscles have atrophied I haven't been able to do all the poses I used to be able to. It's really frustrating but I keep trying. My word for today is acceptance as I'm struggling to find the ability to accept myself. Thank you again Mizz Kassandra and thanks to all your sweet kitties and pup, I couldn't do without you all . I have never commented on a TH-cam video in my life but I really want to say thank you to you, Kassandra. I found your channel in January and I have been doing yoga with you almost daily this year. I have been suffering with all sorts of aches and pains, in body and mind, and of course I'm not fully fixed, but I feel so much better! I have done yoga on and off in my life, but hadn't done it for years and have never loved it as much as I do now. You are so so good! Your flows and sequences are so well planned and put together, so beautifully and clearly explained and just perfect for making me feel better especially in the mornings. You must be making a huge difference in so many people's lives - you certainly have in mine. I cannot thank you enough for what you are doing!!! 💕💕💕💕

Love your practices and intention setting. I am 77 years young, do yin every morning with you and sometimes other practices. I’ve been doing yoga since my twenties and have had to learn to adapt to aging and rheumatoid arthritis disease. Setting intentions first thing each morning helps me emotionally. Have had to adapt downward facing dog due to wrist weakness from RA. Love you and your practices. Found you last year and have spread the word to friends. ❤

I loved the challenging sequence: low lunge to half splits, high lunge to humbe warrior to warrior 3. So good!

This session was perfect for my level and my age. I found your videos during the lockdowns about 4 years ago. I thoroughly enjoy the way you explain each move and provide variations. It doesn't matter how long it's been since I've flowed. You always make it so easy to fall right back in to the groove of things. I love yoga for all of its mental health benefits and how much it helps with my adhd and anxiety. You've taught me so much about yoga over the years. I can't waif to learn more. Eventually I will have my own certification and help spread this peacefulness even more 🧚🏼♀️✨️
