#FilamentOne

In this video we open the January 2021 PROFI Subscription Box which came with 2 rolls of FilamentOne PLA Pro Select Filament. Not going to lie, we got a really awesome PLA that we did not even know existed. We opened the box to find the “fan favorite,” and by that, I mean the filament my girls have been wanting since we found out that FilamentOne had Glint Filaments. We got a PLA Pro Select Glint Grey. The texture of it is like their matte filaments and as the girls would put it “sparkle-ies!” The next filament that we received was a NEW filament. This filament is a PLA UPFIL PRO Select. If you are like me you have no idea what Upfil means. Luckily, for us and you, FilamentOne provides us with this short explanation, “UPFIL stands for upcycled filament and is a part of the FilamentOne’s commitment for sustainable 3D printing and green resources for the upcoming year.” Sustainable, Green, and Upcycled, I feel like the actress from Jerry McGuire. FilamentOne, you had me at UPFIL!! We are excited to try these filaments out. The accessory of the month was a Wire toothbrush style nozzle cleaner (brass). Also in the box was a ULTISTICK (premium ULTEM (PEI) Powder Coated Build Plate Sheet) sticker, Stroopwafel, and access to group projects. everything would be fine if they would ship what you pay for.... but in europe the delay is of 1 month, and they don't answer to emails

I understand the frustration. I stopped doing videos because on May 4th I received my April box. It’s hard to tell people to run out and buy it when it’s not available.

My experiences with their customer service have not been bad. As a creator who was making monthly box videos, their purchase date and shipment date have caused me issues, but since I joined during the pandemic era, I chalking the 29 day delay as COVID related. I absolutely love their products, but this delay is starting to wear on me. Maybe I will reach out to them and see if we can get some answers.
