Yeah, I listen to tekking videos as a sleep aid. Same with game grumps. I put it on low volume, kinda like having the tv on in the other room

I think they all have both strengths and weaknesses that stem from Big Mom's personality.
Zeus is caring but naive
Prometheus is fierce but aggressive and temperamental
Napoleon is intelligent but socially inept

I think for the part where big mom can see how much "battery is left" she may be able to only do a best guess. As when Zepo and Pedro were with big mom it was stated that big mom took "More than Zepo had left" which means she may only be able to sorta see the amount and judge that. Sorta like when you guess how much drink youve got left in a can by picking it up.

I think the homies not disappearing when Big Mom loses conciousness like Sugar's toy can be attributed to Big Mom being stronger and more well trained with her devil fruit than Sugar. Sugar is a 22 year old stuck in the body of a 10 year old while Big Mom is 68, she has had her fruit for over 60 years and she is a yonko.

I feel like the thing with Big mom's and the Yonkos is that even without their fruits they would still be some of the strongest SOBs in one piece. Maybe not to the point of Yonkos lvl but at least first mate of Yonkos. Possible only exception to this is Black beard, and he was still enough of a beast to scar shanks for life before he got his powers.
Not really, Kaidos fruit doesn't help him much (except his half form)

Regarding what you mentioned on Moria at 19:20, I'm pretty sure defeating him doesn't mean all the shadows are necessarily returned to there owners. He lost consciousness against Nightmare Luffy while inside Oars, and nothing happened.
Moria only loses the shadows he physically hosts when defeated.
I still do not know how Big Mom hasn't yet found ,as far as we know , a method to add the other souls onto her own, possibly to lengthen her lifespan, maybe that's the awakening of the fruit in question? more importantly, whatever the awakening is, I know it's going to be epic for this kind of fruit !

I think the Soul-Soul fruit is a special case because it gives you the power over souls so since big mom ate Mother Caremel her soul went into Big mom and gave her the power

I like powers with varied uses like these. Adds some unpredictability to fights when at least one combatant can fight someone in at least 3 different ways, or even figure out a new use for their ability through the battle.

With Big Mom I have a few doubts if she would have become a yonko. She is physically extremely powerful but she is outmatched by Whitebeard and Kaido in that. What pushes her over the edge is the tremendous amount of resources that she has access to.

I could totally imagine Totland as a setting for a game. Sanji could be the major player character put through training and trials to ensure he can serve the family well. Pudding and Mont D'or could pair up for how to save progress. Katakuri could offer guidance on observation haki. Chopper could work on healing the player. Jinbei could have whole underwater exploration missions.
Hey Tekking. I was just watching episode 148 of one piece about montblanc noland, and in his logbook from 400 years ago they mention a date. I just thought you might find it interesting because Oda never gives actual dates in one piece. The day was June 21, 1120. I also confirmed that it’s canon from the mange chapter 228.
Big Mom being able to drain other people's life spans and adding them to her own would not be anywhere nearly as broken as Sugar's Hobby Hobby fruit. Eternal youth + being able to enslave whoever you touch + wiping their very existence from the memory of the entire world.

I think the case with Napoleon is he sunk under water with Big Mom and was rendered unconscious or just a normal hat. Prometheus on the other hand was likely killed by the water.

Question... You know how Pudding did that Memories Fil: Flashback and the Homies got part of there memories back from when their souls belonged to their original host. Well, do you think she could do that in the long term? Like for example if she were to say somehow find Pedro's Homie. Could she give that Homie back all of Pedro's memories allowing it to remember everything from Pedro's Childhood all the way up to the point in which Big Mom took that part of his soul?
Maybe it's important to remember the homies you created. Maybe Zeus is created by Big Mom long before Prometheus and Napoleon.

Still bugs me how big mom got her devil fruit powers by eating a full grown adult woman who should have had some sort of escape route planned. Also the whole aspect of big mom being a Soul human, like how akainu’s a magma human and luffy being a rubber human, reminds me of the song Soul Man by the Blues brothers.
