However, in february 1815 he escaped and began his return. After losing in Waterloo (Wallonia/Belgium) he was banished again to Saint Helena where he wrote his biography and memoires and died.

Nami, being a meteorologist, would be really OP if she gets Prometheus. She could, in fact, use Prometheus and Zeus to their fullest capacity because she knows the science behind the heat and cold air that can result in many different types of weather. If you observe Big Mom, she only uses Zeus and Prometheus separately. The only time she combines attack is when she uses Prometheus with Napoleon. But Nami could combine the heat from Prometheus and the cold air/electricity from Zeus to create a powerful storm. And if she learns armament haki and she haki her lightning, it’ll even be even more OP.
I strongly doubt you could coat a lightning strike in haki since it's intangible, you could maybe make a case for a logia because it's their bodies, but if Nami made Zeus shoot lightning she wouldn't even have had contact with it at all.
@shuckle shagger Maybe she can haki her rod when Zeus is in the rod, therefore transferring haki from her hand to her rod to Zeus. And then Zeus could fire a haki-powered lightning. Or maybe, when Nami is riding on Zeus, she could haki Zeus and therefore haki Zeus’ lightning. I mean, we know that lightning could be covered in haki, as demonstrated by Big Mom covering the lightning with haki, thus giving it a purple color, while Nami’s lightning is yellow.

When Brook defeats the chess soldiers and removes the souls from them, do you think those people got their life back? Did it go to Big Mom? If it was the former, what I'd the person had passed on a while ago, and the fragment of soul could not return to that person?
Maybe the homie "dies", when its soul source dies.
My theory is the three main homies represent her personality, Prometheus for anger, Zeus for gluttony, and I think Napoleon represents her evilness.
I think when her mind reverted back into that of a child, the time when she was still innocent, she didn’t have malice then, that’s why Napoleon went dormant.
I also think that the reason she wants Zeus back is so that she can retrieve the soul from a disobedient homie and make a new one. Would be fun if she calls it “Jupiter”. I feel like it is very unlikely that Nami can keep Zeus.

So if you have an object that has eaten a devil fruit, then big mom animated that object with her soul, what happens?
Maybe Napoleon is a sword that ate the hat hat fruit, and then big mom animated.
It depends on the devil fruit the object ate. If it ate a zoan then it would be a living being from the start so I doubt her power would affect it.
Edit: I forgot about Randalf. I guess her power would add to the object and give her control of it through her commands.
Maybe it's legit how they got inanimate objects to eat a DF maybe BM made it a homie for just long enough to eat a fruit and in return Ceasar was put to work doing the child giant thing for her
I was thinking along the same lines, but the hat ate a DF that was a blade or sword type, like Daz Bones DF. So it is still an inanimate object and was then turned into a homie.

I know it’s kind of a trope, but I feel like the secret to weakening big mom is individually defeating her homies first
And then for her final form, she reabsorbs her soul fragments
At the very least defeating them would ensure that she cannot use them to attack or fly and would make her the only opponent to worry about. It may or may not weaken her, but it would be a good start.
Are these three homies inspired by Voldemort? Voldemort ripped his soul apart and transferred that fragment of his soul into an object. For Voldemort, if you destroy his horcruxes then you can weaken him but I don't know if that is the same case for Big Mom.
It is possible that he was one of the inspirations for this. I should note that Voldemort was not the first or only one to put a fragment of his soul in something else and have the container gain sentience in fiction. He is however the first example I have seen who has done this sort of thing more then once. As any rate, while we do not know if destroying them will physically weaken Big Mom we do know that destroying them or taking them away removes her ability to use their powers to attack, defend, or fly. So removing them from the equation should definitely be considered.

Random thoughts from watching this clip:
1. Each soul retain parts of the behavior/personality as the original "owners". Big Mom gravitates to food, that's her schtick. Zeus was made from a part of Big Mom's soul so number 1 priority is food not loyalty for that particular homie.
2. Zeus is a huge loss to Big Mom, he's the thing that makes her mobile in battle.
3. The Soul fruit imbues the vessel with the personality of the soul's owner no skill/ability is transferred - compared this to Moria's Shadow Fruit which transfers the fighting ability of the original shadow's owner. Limitation are also obvious between the two. It can be argued that Moria's is more of Quality while adding a weakness while Big Mom's more of quantity but does not add any additional weaknesses.
4. Am I the only one thinking that Big Mom/Moria should be doing all they can to get their hands on Pacifista blueprints/schematics?
5. What implications will there be between Big Mom and Perona's DF?

You know, the more I think about the Soul Soul Fruit and Big Mom's raw power, I think I know how she's so ludicrously strong; the Fruit itself acts as a supplement to Haki. Think about it; Haki is the manifestation of willpower and the strength of the soul. The Soul Soul Fruit allows Big Mom to manipulate her Soul. So just like how Brook's soul is supercharged to survive death, Big Mom's soul is supercharged in its own way. So her Haki is extra powerful. Combine this with her superhuman physique and it explains her strength despite her lack of formal training or actual exercise. Also it's possible that the soul fragments she takes from other people strengthen her Haki even further, thus meaning that after the Totland taxes her Haki is naturally incredibly powerful even after making Zeus, Prometheus, and Napoleon. It could also explain why she's so vulnerable when she sees Mother Carmel's photo being hurt; it shocked her to the very soul; and with how her soul being so warped, it also affected her body.

I always assumed that Big Mom had some sort of Soul Bank that she could store the soul bits of other people and access it to make homies whenever she wants.
From what we have seen so far, Prometheus is the most loyal and reliable, Napoleon rarely awake and communicate with Big Mom unless being ordered to, and Zeus seems like a child and easily swayed with something

Napoleon is probably a hat that ate the Sword-Sword Fruit and Big Mom made it into a Homie, and that's why he can change into many types of swords. (This would be like a downgrade from the Supa Supa Fruit, because Napoleon can only become a sword specifically, with a blade and handle).
Probably, one of Big Mom's subordinate crews had it and gave it to her as part of joining the crew.
What I would like to see or know with Big Mom's Three Homies:
1) Nami flying on Zeus
2) Napoleon as a Lightning Sword
3) Napoleon as a Fire Sword able to send out Fire Sword Slash attack
4) Zeus creating a powerful wind attack
5) Zeus creating snowstorm attack (I wonder if Zeus could create the Cotton Candy snow that surround Totaland)
6) Prometheus sets big Mom hair on fire could he create fire tentacles to attack
7) Can fire attacks hurt Prometheus Ex Sanji Diable?
8) Can Zeus absorb lightning attacks and Prometheus absorb fire attacks?
9) Could Prometheus and Zeus learn to mold their bodies to dodge Haki attacks like Katakuri can?
10) Do these Homies need to eat on a daily basics?
11) Could Prometheus or Zeus coat someone else weapon in Lightning or Fire?

I believe big mom’s homies are meant to represent 3 elements present in armament and conquerors attacks. Napoleon is Iron so he represents earth. Prometheus is a ball of fire so obviously he is fire. And Zues represents lightning.
1st level of armament is earth most commonly known as hardening.
2nd level is water which is Ryou. So big mom might have a secret water homie on(or in) her.
3rd level is what I speculate to be fire. Think of red hawk and diable jambe.
And then there is lightning which I believe to be an ability of conquerors haki.
I can see that being an interesting way of how big mom is skilled in haki. It’s as if she used her df powers to cheat rather than learn and master those haki abilities. She doesn’t seem like the type to actually train.
Story Teller and her “Life or Death” technique is basically conquerors haki on steroids too. They both are abilities that is based off intimidation. And can even be defended against the same way. Have enough willpower and it won’t work.
I think how big mom got those homies in the brothel is by using the servants that were sent by kaido to help big mom get into her kimono. After they were done big mom probably swiped their souls.
Did we ever see Big Mom create Prometheus? My head Canon is that Prometheus was created by Mother Carmel (angry, dominant) and loyal because Carmels soul is in Charlotte LinLin, and Zeus was created by LinLin when she was young (glutton, fearfull)

Maybe Napoleon is a hat that ate the sword sword fruit, or vica versa (though I prefer the first as though we've seen him in many different sword forms, we've never seen him in a different hat form). Perhaps at one point the world government made a deal with Big Mom, for her not to attack a certain race and try to add them to her family or something like that, and the hat made by vegapunk, was part of the deal.
I am surprised that Zoro doesn't use his swords like wings and spin to fly like those Sky Dancers toys.

I think the way the homies work with Big Moms soul powers is basically the way Bee's obey their queen with utter respect and same to the people of Totto Land showing her utter respect and I figured out that by taking a 3 pieces of her life away and giving them to homies also reduced her life span cant calculate how many years or months but probably quite a lot considering the amount of strength Prometheus and Zeus have shown. If she were to take back her soul from Zeus that would mean she would retain more of life span and possibly her vigor. And I just realized something about Napoleon, he seems to resembles Big Mom's child like nature as a quiet child with a sort of quiet obedient personality considering how he didn't immediately remind Big Mom who she is.

This might already be obvious, but the reason why Zeus follows Nami is because Zeus follows his hunger for good food, in this case, the weather eggs. He is lead by his hunger probably because Zeus is a part or maybe even an aspect of Big Mom's soul and character.

Could you imagine oosop eating mini mini no me fruit and being able to transform into a giant. He would have a very OP slingshot with large plants for weapons with very long range. He would fit n at elbaf.
Wasn't the mini mini no mi's abilty to make you smaller and the only reason the user could get to giant size was because they started as a giant

I think when the homes are made they get given a personality. And as zeus and prometheus were made early in childhood they have that childish personality. And Napoleon was a hat that was fed the sword-sword fruit and then brought to life with Linlin's power.
