Yeah, she could be, especially if she had advanced haki!
She could just make harms spawn inside the enemy and destroy their organs from the inside, suffocate them by blocking or destroying the lungs, gouge their eye or snap their necks, she could be nearly unstopable if she were to use her power properly.
raitoiro destroying them inside their bodies is not possible considering she have to see inside in order to produce hands. She could only produce outside of their bodies because it’s the only thing she can see

Hana Hana is a top 5 paramecia. And if the user can indeed replicate any body type at will, the user is basically immortal. Any kind of attack that is not lethal, like a beheading or a stab to the heart, etc.. the hana hana user can cure their injuries. Lost limbs, lost organs, etc.. you name it, just sprout a new one. With observation haki, the user denies the devil fruit weakness of only being active on "observable" surface. It can make giant limbs just like Luffy, it can create clones like Doflamingo, speed is not a problem because the limbs can sprout instantly, etc... It's crazy powerful, it makes other combat based paramecias like rubber and strings to look like jokes in comparison. Luffy with this devil fruit + haki bullshit, he would be invincible
Out of all the devil fruits hana-hana no mi is the most useful fruit and ability
If you think about it Robin had probably killed more people than any of the other Straw Hats have killed combined
exept maybe Zoro

Dark Knight robin has been actively murderinf for 20+ years the strawharts that have killed haven’t been killing long (exception zoro) Franky was. A mob boss and killed probably a lot, Brooke was a pirate but it was inferred they were more peaceful but still were pirates and killed all the time, Nami chopper ussop Sanji never have killed anyone before there murder virgins
And luffy has never directly killed he’s hit a lot of marines off high places but then again one could argue that the basic humans in one peice are very superhuman and many of them could’ve survived

Also i doubt Robin killed at age 10....I like to think she was pure until puberty hit...But that's just my headcanon..

Not necessarily I doubt with real contendors just having Armament haki wouldn't be a top tier upgrade. Robin's fruit has major weaknesses like due to her physique she can be overwhelmed quite easily when faced with a far superior physical combatant. Also, her weakness where she feels the same phanyom pain her limbs feel when they're hurt.

Which makes sense given her proficiency (unexpected D&D reference) for languages

she gets injured -> just regrow your bodyparts
her body gets destroyed -> she has still controll over her clones and can just live on as one of them.
Truly, what would he awakened ability look like? Infinite spawn? Turning objects into her body parts, not just the air?

That definitely sounds like an awakening of that fruit to me as with actual flowers if the flower part is cut off from the plant as long as part of it remains a new flower will sprout and live on.

Seeing Robin's devil fruit design, it does make more sense that they transform into the same fruit even if the devil fruit goes into a different fruit type than it is. You could say that kaku's fruit has to go into a banana but we have never seen or heard of a lotus fruit in the series.
It's possible that, uhhh...Buster call drove it to extinction, turns out it was native to Ohara. idk lol

Nico Robin's Ultimate move could be combined with Franky's cybernetics a big robot could be built piloted by Nico Robin herself or Robin could make a big army of clones and attack using martial arts.
Imagine if Nico Robin learned the CP9's 8 Powers (Or whatever it was called), like Lucci or Stussy. Imagine the finger pistols + Hana-Hana no mi. Or even that Windblade Kick + Hana-Hana no mi.
So, pretty much, imagine Stussy with the Hana-Hana no mi.
It's actually six powers/Rokushiki to be precise (even tho there is a 7th technique). But yes, I would love seeing that being utilized with the Hana Hana no mi and Haki simultaneously!
Another time Robin used her legs pre-time skip was during The fight with Oars as she created a ladder for Brook to carry Luffy to the top of Thriller Bark.

I think an awakening for the Hana Hana no Mi is fairly obvious. Robin would be able to sprout the body parts of other people.
Both as a support and attack ability, it would be pretty powerful. Spawn your opponent's neck right next to you and hold a knife to it.

Oda is quite bad when it come to the strawhat beside Luffy, Zoro and Sanji, he barely developped them, they have one arc and then just are around the ship doing there one task they were add for. Robin probably being one of the most underuse.

Robin's fruit is one of my favorite's in the series so far. I would like to see her use her ability to create a hand inside of the body of an enemy and just destroy his organs. It would be an instant win in most situations, except for logia users.

What if when the power is awakened, the clones can be replacements for the original power.
That could be used to basically teleport by making a clone, then turning her original body into the new "petal" and making the clone into her new body.

Great video! This gave me an idea for a series of videos that I think you would enjoy doing. Taking one devil fruit and giving it to another character replacing their current devil fruit or if they never had one giving them one in general. When you were taking about Robin for example it popped into my head how useful it would be for a swordsman like Zoro to have the Hana-Hana No Mi, or any swordsman for that matter. You could even give them to a characters that might not work with their fighting or life style and may hinder more than help.

Ah, so I'm not the only one who thinks "Giant Robin" is on the table. I've gone back and forth on it because she does the giant limbs by combining normal sized limbs together, but if we are talking about an awakened ability, then maybe she wouldn't need to do that anymore.
And one way or another, I think we're due for a Robin upgrade sometime soon, hopefully within Wano (I'm not caught up to the manga, so if she already has, I don't know it). Either new techniques with her Devil Fruit or.. well, this is kind of off topic, but its always kind of rubbed me the wrong way that Robin can't use Haki after the time skip. Spending her time skip with the Revolutionaries, she was in just as good a position as Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji to learn it. And since Totland showed as Jimbei using Haki, even though he hadn't before, I'm holding out for the idea that Robin can use Haki but just hasn't had a big enough cause to show it yet. Its smart to keep enemies in the dark about the full range of your abilities as long as you can.
But back to the Devil Fruit, I do wish Oda would come up with a way to give Robin more major fights. He's great at coming up with creative ways to use the Flower Flower Fruit, just not as much in one-on-one fights (Dressrosa got a LITTLE better).

I recall one show I saw in which one person stated that three-fourths of individuals don't understand fractions and the other half who do don't care.
Fun fact when someone asked Oda, if you could have any devil fruit from One Piece. He answered the Hana-Hana No Mi fruit like Robin so that he could work faster multiple times with his art work when he's drawing his manga.
