I have the feeling that if you switch bodies with someone but then your original body dies, your soul can't survive in it.
I'm fairly certain the Water was mainly to make a word play on Waterloo (Water Law), to go along with his first name Trafalgar. For the record, Trafalgar and Waterloo were the locations where Napoleon's army faced their greatest defeats, and there's some symbolism going where Kaido is an equivalent to Napoleon with his huge army, and Law being instrumental to his defeat.
I don't think Law wants to be pirate king anymore. I feel like he's smart enough to realise "I can't compete with strawhat. He took down Doflamingo, he's taken down kaido, he's got some crazy power up, I just want to figure out the will of D. I want to know what Corazone died for and the D holds so much meaning" For all we know, Law probably only became a pirate because it was an only option, but it could have also been because he wanted to get revenge of Doflamingo, and take down his client, Kaido for that reason. He doesn't even care about his bounty that much either.
Agree, Law doesn't care about titles or the One Piece. He never really cared about it even on Sabaody (he mentioned One Piece to his crew so they stopped complaining). I think he'll stay with the Straw hats, Luffy didn't call him nakama in Dressrosa arc for nothing

If Law has one final fight, I honestly think it could be with Doflamingo. They never had a direct 1v1 fight, and he did lose in their last confrontation before Luffy stepped in to help. And we know that Doffy still knows some secret important stuff, so it'd be easy enough for him to be around at the ending.
Law Tekking deserves more respect. In my opinion Nico Robin and Brook have sadder backstories over Law. Also another topic is maybe how he compares to the others in the worst generation/supernovas. Like which would be get along with, could he beat the other supernovas, and just funny situations they could have. Maybe even an idea of a funny cover series.
I would say he is equal to Robbin because the have a kinda similar story but Law had Corazon that saved him earlier, Robin had the straw hats much later, but law had to hide in a pile of corpses which is very messed up. We don't know how Brooks childhood or early adulthood was, he seemed pretty happy, painful childhoods are more tragic that middle aged people dying, trauma really shape kids in a more drastic way. But this something everyone sees in a different way, my misery awards goes like that, Robin= Law> Nami>Sanji>>Chopper> Brook> Luffy> Usopp> Franky>Zoro >> Jimbei
