- Here is a comparison of an Allen NCR versus a Schuyler Quentel. These Bibles are top of the line in the premium Bible world.

It is interesting to note the differences of the same Bible over time. I purchased my Schuyler NAS95 Thinline Quentel 2018-2019 timeframe. It does not have a concordance, but it does have 13 pages of lined paper (28gsm) after Revelation and before the thicker paper maps.

Those both look amazing, but I would probably go with the Schuyler for the readability. Of course I'd love to own either but with my aging eyes, it's all about print size, clarity, and no clutter. The leather on that Allen does look amazing though, and I do love those illustrations I'm accustomed to in my ESV.

This is truly the heavyweight championship bout among Bibles. I don’t think that there is a winner here. I have both in blue and my wife ordered me the full yapp Nasb in blue for our anniversary. You can’t go wrong with either one.
I think I may have to get both also.😄

Allan fan always will be.. I think Schuyler makes some of the highest quality bibles on the planet. That said the feel of an Allan esp the yapp and rounded spine designs is awesome.
I can hold them like folded news paper , ya can't do that with ribbed spines. Also highland goatskin is amazing its hard to explain how it feels to the touch.
Each has their cool factor ...Everyone should own atleast one premium , it's worth the money. ..
Well maybe wait until 2024 cause buying rice and beans might be more important in this current political climate. 😏 😁
That Allan with blue liner is really cool brother. I left the review scene had to step away cause of my health .. There is some really cool looking bibles out right now.

I Love the feel of the Goatskin. I own both and they both have advantages. The print is fabulous in a Schuyler, but I do like a center column reference in an Allan.
I have a Quentel. I with they would use thicker paper. The 26 or 28 gsm they use is always folding and crinkling. My 40 gsm LSB doesn't do that at all.
I’m trying to find something thick and durable with bold print and thick in width. Seems very hard to find…
