One of the nicest bibles I've seen 😍

I have two Allen Premium Bibles and they are amazing, I wish that Allan also printed the NKJV which has the best NT in my humble opinion but I prefer the ESV OT which is much better. Navy Blue goat skin covers are amazing, I also like the deep Purple of my ESV.

It is interesting to note the differences of the same Bible over time. I purchased my Schuyler NAS95 Thinline Quentel 2018-2019 timeframe. It does not have a concordance, but it does have 13 pages of lined paper (28gsm) after Revelation and before the thicker paper maps.

Attach the pen on the outside cover and possibly that would help.

the faces i made to the pen mark was a little cringe.... then i saw the writing in it and i was shocked... and THEN this man picks up his bible by one page and my jaw dropped. My Schuyler personal size Canterbury fy was screaming from inside the box in my book cabinet at you. Nice video and God bless you. This was scary none the less.

I like this typesetting a lot. The black calfskin and red ribbons make it a nice, discreet premium Bible. I agree about the ribbons. Crossway do it too. Lockman have better ribbons on their inexpensive LeatherTex Bibles...

Its amazing how well your PSQ has lasted. I've had my PSQ ESV for about three years now, with slate goatskin. They're fantastic small Bibles, perfect for travel; amazing premium quality; cross-references, note paper (I see you've used yours well 😄), maps. Schuyler are making some of the best Bibles available. I also agree about notes and highlighting/underlining: better to use a notebook, and fully write out what the understanding I'm given from the Scriptures.

Why the edge lined tab is tearing? Whether edgelined are not better than vinyl paste down liners with reinforcement..

How do you like this text block compared to the Quentel ESV?

Have you had much experience with the Goatskin vs the Calfskin? Are they much different? I love the classic black on Gold. And single column. Been looking at these alot lately. As like a good “Family” Bible. Do the pages crease super easily?

how is the red letter in the ESV1? I really want one but struggle with light red text.

This bible looks gorgeous but I don't like thick paper. I know it's weird but I like ultra thin paper. How did the pages feel?

Do you think the green purple first editions will see a big jump in value? I heard Allan probably won’t redo them for 2 years at the earliest

How do you manage the floppiness of this and the Quentel? I struggle with holding them easily to read, but I love the other premium features.

I wish there was a way to find out what type of Bible is CLOSEST to what I think is ideal. I do not want to pay HUNDREDS of dollars- just because a Bible is made from goat skin. It is a fact that there are many factors. How can I see what Bible has the MOST in what I am looking for in a good/great Bible?

A friend of mind wants to know what the diff. is between the Schuyler KJV Bible. He told me that he wants on that he footnotes that exmplains outdated words.

I like that you actually bend in flex your Bible. So many reviewers handle the Bible with silk gloves, and are afraid to bend it. They forget it’s made of durable leather. Good review. Love crossways 36 GSM paper.

If you love God’s word then you would use traditional text. If the Greek compilation or translations you use take Jesus’ Deity out of 1TIMOTHY 3:16 and John 3:16 or make Jesus lie to his brothers in John chapter 7 concerning going to the feast then that is not traditional text. Modern Bible translators translate from a corrupted set of codexes which jesuits, catholics and satanists compiled. They worked to replace reliable codexes to translate from, instead using Codex Sinaiticus which was created in the 1800’s which they pass off as the oldest and best “old” Bible; Sinaiticus, they claim is 1500ish years older than it truly is. Then there is codex Alexandrinus which “appeared” about ten years after KJV 1611 was published, and codex Vaticanus which appeared in the Vatican around the 1400’s and was rejected by the scholars that worked on the KJV. Not every verse in scripture was changed but there are changes throughout. In a nutshell, handing Bible Translators something “messed up” to translate “from” makes whatever they translate “to” wrong from the start.

I am curious how this Meriva Calfskin Allan Bible has held up since this review was uploaded?

Why spend so much on an extraordinary Bible then damage the cover with a pen and lift it up by a single page? There are dozens of ways to carry a pen with you. This is just stupid. Sorry, but it’s hard to take this seriously.

Can I buy that off you

For the price Cambridge charges for these Bibles every single one should have the leather liner. The polymer liner just looks ugly whereas the Topaz looks great. Also for the price of these Bibles every single one should have highest quality ribbons. I prefer three different colors for three ribbons. The problem of verse by verse format is it destroys the meaning that paragraphs give to the text. I would say that when it comes to premium Bibles there are pluses and minuses to each one. Of course personal preference is a huge factor. Has anyone found the "perfect" premium Bible?
