    Nice! I just finished my 33 hour water fast! The last few hours were tough! But you’re right! If you’re disciplined enough, you know how much your body needs for nourishment when you break your fast without binging!

      as for the last meal before my fast I don’t remember EXACTLY but it was definitely along the lines of steak, sweet potatoes, avocado, sauerkraut, and some strawberries for dessert (I wait at least 10 minutes after the meal before I eat fruit)
