    Very helpful. I sprained my ankle, and this helps me maintain a little strength while I'm mostly not moving around much. Also, the gentleman who takes you through the routine is so kind and nonjudgemental in his delivery.

    I can't find the words to show my appreciation for this as well as all of your videos. I have been disabled for 40 yrs. from a car accident in which I had a C2C3 injury that left me with Brown Sequard syndrome, with weakness and partial paralysis on one side of my body and pretty good strength on the other, and also a partial loss of balance. I have had multiple falls in the past few years that really set me back in my strength and mobility. I have searched the web for exercise programs to help me regain strength in my hips and legs but they have all been too hard for me. Your videos are the first ones I have found that have given me hope as you so often say "if you can't do this like I'm doing it" or "if at first you can't do even a few" it encourages me that I can do it by starting out at a simpler level. Thank you so much Dr. Doug. I admire the way you present the instructions so clearly and slowly. Your concern for elderly people who are having trouble with their balance and strength shines through in every video. May the Almighty bless you richly!

    I broke my right shoulder in 2020, and now I will never be able to raise my arm up ever again
    What can I do to compensate ?

      In the video I show the "chicken wing" which might work for you. You dont need to raise all the way up for it to be helpful
