82 years old and last week I bought a rollator, roller, and I love it, for now i can walk every day. What’s more, I can feel it already. Sleeping better and walking better. I live very close to the woods.
I found your videos a few months ago and I’m so glad I did Doug. You explain things so well and I find your exercises easy to follow. I am 78 and have been diagnosed with asymmetrical peripheral neuropathy, severe on the right leg and foot with non-noticeable symptoms on the left side. It has been a real blow to me as I am active and it is affecting my balance and my ability to walk long distances. I’m hanging in there and try everything you suggest related to this condition. Thanks for being there.
Imam 82 godine i pore nekih ptroblemasa kolenima i kukom počinjem osećati slabiju ravnotežju. Mislim da ove vežbe mogu pomoći. Svakako ih počinjem raditi. Pozdrav iz Srbije😊
Thank you! I can see that you are covering a broad area of movements that others did not offer. Simple toe lifts seemed useless. Now I have something to work towards.
Thankyou you so much for your love and concern I have plantar fasciitis can i walk thousand steps once i did but very painful.please do guide me i am suffering from last one year. Thankyou once again Stay blessed abundantly .
Had big toe fusion years ago. Can't do toe raises. They seem to be recommended by practically everybody. I wish someone would address this and offer an alternative.
I would skip over that exercise. You really cannot strengthen your calf if your big toe is fused. You could possibly use an elastic band in sitting, but I doubt that would provide enough resistance.
I have questions - I have Idiopathic Neuropathy throughout my body. I do your exercises but find I still lose my balance a lot. I fall a lot. Have hurt my hip, tore ligaments off my hip bone. Had an operation to fix it. It’s 7 months and are still walking with a crutch. I can’t put my body weight on that leg without the crutch. What can I do to maintain my weight on that leg. I’m 70. Thank you so much for the tutorial
I had a stroke and it has affected my cerebellum. Will this exercises help me. Walking and standing up, turning side to side all effects my ability to walk with confidence. Always get tensed up worrying about falling. Please let me know. Thanks
Delighted I found this guy , my health improved the last month slowly building up what he’s saying… in my 70s

Thanks for sharing!
I really feel comfortable using my Rollater, too. It's very flexible to use and makes it easy for me to maintain good posture when I'm walking.
