This is really great and I appreciate it. A lot. I tripped over nothing and broke my big toe last month, but due to previous falls I have done these exercises before from my PT. Great for balance; am looking forward to more. Suggestion: maybe use chair with more open design; the chair you are using blocks us seeing what your legs are doing.
Thanks. I think this will be very beneficial. I did some of them tears ago and made improvement. My balance now is terrible. I use a three=wheeled walker. I want to regain mobility, so will follow this routine.

I ruptured my left hamstring. I have no strength in my left leg. I also fell and broke my right patella in three places. I can do a lot with my right leg.
