Nathan Bruce I make my own opinion based upon statistics and data given. You ask how are the unions invisible? They’re right there! I agree unions are meant to be of good cause, but many of them are not. Unions first and foremost are supposed to enforce law, not create it. Many school unions are teachers unions, not student unions, and are state run rather than a private company with a monthly fee. At the negotiating table, only teachers are allowed. No parents. Because of this, the teachers more often than not get what they want, like simplifying curriculum so it’s easier to teach, or just giving kids endless tests so they don’t actually permanently take in information, rather remember for the test then forget forever. Lacking teachers can’t be held accountable because the teachers aren’t rated on test scores nor student performance. If there’s no accountability for lousiness, how are you actually supposed to have an effective system? Therefore, given this information it can be assumed the president of the union (elected by the teachers or mayor) favours the teachers, sacrificing students for his own reputation, simply because the teachers are the only front he is directly faced with. Does this make the president a happy person? Of course not. If he can’t stand up to the teachers, he’s given up on himself as a sacrifice to the happiness of the teachers.

I have done a lot of research in how different people can process info and reason through situations. Jordan Peterson says a lot of points I've addressed myself. The main thing I usually mention before rebutting a point is: what is the attainable, non-generalized goal your going to make happen and where's your structured process of how your going to achieve it (steps taken to get from your start to end goal; with knowledge of all the affected consequences of each step). If you start with a slogan that is not directly specified in its goal it can create confusion and loss of control in your fanbase. Throwing out any generalized positive message/idea without all the info results being shown; leaves room for some negative group or actions to get attached to that crowd. An example of this is "no carbon by 2050"{1} or "gender identity taught in schools and all pronouns be covered and respected by law"{2}. The general idea sounds good at the surface, but has negative effects of: being said by coal industries[1] to say pollution emission will be put to zero at 2050 while continuing their expansive coal burning plants, [2]showing inappropriate sexual literature in libraries, silencing freedom of speech with notion that other people have to respond to you in a certain way with your pronouns (on-top of just having to remember your name, which still isn't an easy task for everyone). This also carries another sense of entitlement in that person, holding others to the standard of using their proper pronouns when referring or talking to them as supposed to the usual, causes of entitlement of: job title, duration at job, and paper slips/badges; these people can now throw a bigger scene and scoff towards people getting their pronouns wrong, same as they might act for you getting their name wrong (treated the same way; as an attack. When they could have genuinely forgot your name). Fighting against this feels like fighting a group of 'heros' and all those that support them, while they keep saying the same sentence of what sounds entirely good and beneficial, then constantly getting you to talk against that one sentence when you go to talk against their group/what they have been doing. (Personal experience and villainess stories taught me a lot on this.) That's why you need a villainess not a hero, you might have to get your hands dirty and go through steps that aren't all perfectly "good', 'beneficial" or well regarded in ethics, to reach major benefit in society that you went through the actual path to get there. Laws aren't the same as following moral ethics, that's why we have the term chaotic good. You can do something good for someone while breaking the law and you can be a bad "lawful" person by doing a bunch of misdeeds against someone (this can be a partner or someone who holds a position of which they can also also see it to try you poorly while at it), and be protected by if you chose to retaliate in some way it would most likely have to be in breach of lawful actions, of which they can report and make it worse for you again through lawful methods. 14:14 Going through the basics of what makes someone's Identity and makes how they are. There are some theories as to what what creates a person but, none of them are predicated by someone's announced decision, like what suggested by some of expansive talk on the points of lgbt+, and gender/pronouns. There is the theory of the three factors of someone's upbringing that makes a persons identity: Nature- the genetic traits and aspects they were born with, passed down from parents. This can also mean how their brain processes outside info differently than others. Nurture- the environment in which they grew up and people around them. Personal Identity- a persons values, and opinions for how they chose to live and asses everything. All of these theories are theories building blocks of what makes up a persons functioning identity and actions. Things like having adhd from 'nature' can lead to different treatment in the 'nurture' (experiences of the outside world). So just one of these theories are never solely responsible for creating your identity. That's why people can think it utterly ridiculous that you can 'will' a personality to be what you want, because even you say you did that; you're still being affected by external noise of others in your life, your just suppressing the idea it had an effect on your choices.

I agree unions are meant to be of good cause, but many of them are not. Unions first and foremost are supposed to enforce law, not create it. Many school unions are teachers unions, not student unions, and are state run rather than a private company with a monthly fee. At the negotiating table, only teachers are allowed. No parents. Because of this, the teachers more often than not get what they want, like simplifying curriculum so it’s easier to teach, or just giving kids endless tests so they don’t actually permanently take in information, rather remember for the test then forget forever. Lacking teachers can’t be held accountable because the teachers aren’t rated on test scores nor student performance. If there’s no accountability for lousiness, how are you actually supposed to have an effective system? Therefore, given this information it can be assumed the president of the union (elected by the teachers or mayor) favours the teachers, sacrificing students for his own reputation, simply because the teachers are the only front he is directly faced with. Does this make the president a happy person? Of course not. If he can’t stand up to the teachers, he’s given up on himself as a sacrifice to the happiness of the teachers.

So I personally would probably be pretty fine using whatever pronoun people think they deserve. I am rarely going to intentionally be a jerk. But I am not going to let myself be forced to do it. I help people whenever I can. If someone spills there drink I clean it up, I hold open the door for people behind me. I do those things because I think it is the right thing to do. But it would be wrong to get the government to force citizens to do those things for other people. In the same manner it is wrong for the government to force people to use specific words to address other people. If you disagree that’s okay, I’m not planning on this turning into a huge discussion. 1. You didn't even tell him your pronouns. He just met you. You just suddenly came up to him accusing him of being a Nazi without actually knowing what he believes.
2. He made a simple mistake. Yes he assumed, but that's not evil, it's a mistake.
3. That's not very tolerant or open-minded of you. To quote Obiwan Kenobi, only a Sith deals in absolutes. You're literally telling him you want to fight him with your pre-formulated position instead of trying to work together to find the truth, as opposed to him wishing to figure things out with you. You are literally closer to being a Nazi than he is.
It’s people like that is why I joined the right wing lol. I try to be a centrist, and I’m fairly open minded to all opinions, and I respect opinions, but I don’t want to be associated with those types of people.

I have done a lot of research in how different people can process info and reason through situations. Jordan Peterson says a lot of points I've addressed myself.
The main thing I usually mention before rebutting a point is: what is the attainable, non-generalized goal your going to make happen and where's your structured process of how your going to achieve it (steps taken to get from your start to end goal; with knowledge of all the affected consequences of each step).
If you start with a slogan that is not directly specified in its goal it can create confusion and loss of control in your fanbase.
Throwing out any generalized positive message/idea without all the info results being shown; leaves room for some negative group or actions to get attached to that crowd. An example of this is "no carbon by 2050"{1} or "gender identity taught in schools and all pronouns be covered and respected by law"{2}.
The general idea sounds good at the surface, but has negative effects of: being said by coal industries[1] to say pollution emission will be put to zero at 2050 while continuing their expansive coal burning plants, [2]showing inappropriate sexual literature in libraries, silencing freedom of speech with notion that other people have to respond to you in a certain way with your pronouns (on-top of just having to remember your name, which still isn't an easy task for everyone). This also carries another sense of entitlement in that person, holding others to the standard of using their proper pronouns when referring or talking to them as supposed to the usual, causes of entitlement of: job title, duration at job, and paper slips/badges; these people can now throw a bigger scene and scoff towards people getting their pronouns wrong, same as they might act for you getting their name wrong (treated the same way; as an attack. When they could have genuinely forgot your name).
Fighting against this feels like fighting a group of 'heros' and all those that support them, while they keep saying the same sentence of what sounds entirely good and beneficial, then constantly getting you to talk against that one sentence when you go to talk against their group/what they have been doing.
(Personal experience and villainess stories taught me a lot on this.)
That's why you need a villainess not a hero, you might have to get your hands dirty and go through steps that aren't all perfectly "good', 'beneficial" or well regarded in ethics, to reach major benefit in society that you went through the actual path to get there.
Laws aren't the same as following moral ethics, that's why we have the term chaotic good. You can do something good for someone while breaking the law and you can be a bad "lawful" person by doing a bunch of misdeeds against someone (this can be a partner or someone who holds a position of which they can also also see it to try you poorly while at it), and be protected by if you chose to retaliate in some way it would most likely have to be in breach of lawful actions, of which they can report and make it worse for you again through lawful methods.

There are some theories as to what what creates a person but, none of them are predicated by someone's announced decision, like what suggested by some of expansive talk on the points of lgbt+, and gender/pronouns.
There is the theory of the three factors of someone's upbringing that makes a persons identity:
Nature- the genetic traits and aspects they were born with, passed down from parents. This can also mean how their brain processes outside info differently than others.
Nurture- the environment in which they grew up and people around them.
Personal Identity- a persons values, and opinions for how they chose to live and asses everything.
All of these theories are theories building blocks of what makes up a persons functioning identity and actions.
Things like having adhd from 'nature' can lead to different treatment in the 'nurture' (experiences of the outside world). So just one of these theories are never solely responsible for creating your identity. That's why people can think it utterly ridiculous that you can 'will' a personality to be what you want, because even you say you did that; you're still being affected by external noise of others in your life, your just suppressing the idea it had an effect on your choices.
It is hard to follow an intellectual conversation without proper spelling.
