30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Strength Workout [EMOM Style]

  • Tap in with us for another 30 Minute Full Body Dumbbell Strength Workout! The format of this workout is EMOM style which stands for "every minute on the minute". We will designate a certain amount of reps for each exercise and then once completed, the remaining time left within that minute is your rest period. We highly recommend using multiple pairs of weights if you have them, otherwise you may need to adjust the reps (Juice used 25lb dumbbells and Toya used 15lb dumbbells). We've included a workout guide within the video to help you modify the workout if needed.

    Week 3 day 5 Anniversary challenge, wow I really enjoyed this video, I pushed myself & increased my reps along w my weights, I used 15lb dumbbells. I would love to see more EMOM videos please. I was a bit nervous at first but I ROCKED it & FINISHED STRONG 💪

    What can we say, we are both 58 been in and out of gyms all our lives but usually through boredom we give up. We have retired early and live by the sea so plenty of long walks. We decided to invest in some dumbbells and do a workout in the apartment every day well nearly!. What can we say we stumbled across J&T.. firstly what a nice humble couple you are secondly the videos are fantastic.. very informative easy to follow , we have tried about 6 or 7 different workouts mixing them up and sometimes throwing two in.. we love em at our age we have a little less mobility due to knee and back injuries but these workouts have already started to help with that, we wanted to just tone up a bit and help keep the weight off and allow a couple of trips to the pub!! Thanks you two and keep up the good work…

    This was great! I enjoyed the EMOM and it helped me to identify my weaker muscle groups. For some I kept pace with y’all and others I needed to slow it right down. Glad that I was able to finish. Week 3, Day 5 done 🎉

    First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    This workout was deceptive in such a great way! I thought it was going to be easy. I increased my weights from 8lbs to 10lbs, except for skull crushers. Even though I had a 22 to 30 seconds rest after each move, my heart was pounding out of my chest . Great workout!

    Week 3 day 5 ... this may honestly be my new favorite workout! AMRAP was super challenging, and I was extremely sore afterwards because I really pushed myself. This EMOM I was able to do all the reps slightly heavier than normal and still have enough rest, and didnt feel super exhausted like I did after AMRAP. Feeling good and feeling strong! MORE EMOM PLEASE!!

    Great work out! More of these!! I liked the using reps because it changes the intensity of the reps rather than time being the focus. In this work out quantity was more the focus. Both is good though.

    SRC 23 W3D2 OMG the last exercise got me screaming real bad 🤣🤣 the loaded single leg tuck...but i love it. Still having challenges with sleep, yesterday i slept for 6hrs 50 min lol so close but i can do better. will be doing today's fullbody stretch and the lower back stretch as it feels a lil bit so perhaps from the glute bridge matching yesterday. Thanks alot Juice and Toya for the wonderfully combined exercises 😘😘😘

    Challenge w3/d5. This was another great workout! I loved the challenge of working for a certain amount of reps before time is up. The half hour flew by. I felt challenged but not overwhelmed.

    Week 3 day 5; loved the EMOM. Really pushed myself with 20lbs and still had an average of 15sec of rest between each set. Good sweat and pump.

    Good morning guys this was a great workout 😊. I was impressed that I could do the reps by 40-45 seconds..but the last move the single leg tuck really was tough and I got a stitch 😂😂. But the 2nd round I got to 17 reps 😊😊😊 so very pleased. Now to my customary lie down in front of the fan 😂😂😂. You guys are so lovely and genuine ❤❤❤

    Summer Ready '23 W3D2: This was a good routine; I think I prefer the EMOM strength workouts. Also trying to really focus on my form.
    Overall good day. 5 min morning walk, 20 min afternoon walk, and the day 3 workout. Going to do a 15 min cardio workout to get the rest of my steps before bed. I'm drinking more water than I was before I started the challenge but I'm struggling with my protein intake. Going to keep pushing.
