I’ve been working out to Juice and Toya for six month and I freaking love my results. I have tried other TH-cam workouts but none compare to Juice and Toya.
I do this every day with 5kg X2 dumbbells every day for the past one month. I lost 7kg in a month. I also do intermittent fasting and of course in calorie deficit. I'm so grateful for this video. Tw

I was a bit lazy this week and skipped Monday & Tuesday. I felt like a bum today but knew I needed my routine. So, I did this one today with the intent on stopping halfway but I got in the groove. My daughter came home from work and saw me working out. She gave me air kisses because I looked sweaty . at that point, I just finished the warm up, folks!!!! I have been following you guys since 2023. I was flirting around in the beginning because I have 2 total knee replacements and menopause did a number on my body, especially my midsection when I got serious about working out with yall it was the music. I started with the step to be beat workouts then I moved to the strength resistance workouts and I gage myself every so often. I could not get through this workout when I first started now it douable. I experiment with different dumbells and when you do the obliques I use my 15ld kettlebell. When Im done Im good and sweaty,I worked my body, and Im proud of myself. thank you both for your commitment.
I have chronic back pain, and since I started doing your workouts, I have seen improvements. I have less back pain, more energy , and some inches. Thank you for the workouts I can do at home

I stopped while pregnant and after getting so toned and being only 7.7 stone i now just had my 6th baby and left 12 stone i was told due to my health i had to stop so I’m back to square one again! This has given me the kick up the bum to get started again loosing 5 stone isn’t going to be easy but i got to try! Followed your workouts for years i know with the help of your videos i can do it x

Yeah… this was one hell of a workout. I’m a 25 year old 6ft male, I lost 20 lbs (237 -> 217) in 2 months with a calorie deficit and lots of walking but I knew I had to start strength training… I’ve never worked out before and I have like no muscles at all. I did 95% with 20lbs dumbbells (40lbs total) but I knew I couldn’t do the last one so I lowered it to 20lbs total. I feel it… everywhere. 😂 Also, thanks for making it all standing and not including lunges… I hate lunges I feel like my knee caps are going to pop out. 🙂
I loved this workout so much that I did the full 30 minutes instead of the intended 15 minutes now, and the rest later, due to time constraints. But it was just too good. And loved the blow up to bursting flames enactment at the end. You guys rock as always. Thanks🔥❣
