    this is one of my favorite workouts so far! you dont get many videos that incorporate calves and the side booty! the ab workouts hurt so bad - thats when you KNOW its good!

    I would love to see more full body workouts like this without squats and lunges.
    I usually enjoy squats and lunges, but I have chronic back issues, and I find when my back is struggling that squats and lunges especially trigger it, and I can’t do the moves. It’s frustrating, as I enjoy working out daily and it’s part of my lifestyle, but sometimes due to pain I find myself unable to follow a workout video and have to modify everything, and I often just end up walking.
    Having comprehensive videos that allow me to build strength but that are gentle on the body/back would be so helpful for me!

    Great workout. I enjoyed doing both the upper-body and lower-body exercises. I only did a few of the modified exercises for the lower body, but other than that, I enjoyed it all.

    I love not having to bend my knees a ton, so this no squat/lunge thing is wonderful! Really enjoyed this workout. (though when there are lunges, I just don't go down far so I can modify) . and the length is great for after work.
