I would love to see more full body workouts like this without squats and lunges. I usually enjoy squats and lunges, but I have chronic back issues, and I find when my back is struggling that squats and lunges especially trigger it, and I can’t do the moves. It’s frustrating, as I enjoy working out daily and it’s part of my lifestyle, but sometimes due to pain I find myself unable to follow a workout video and have to modify everything, and I often just end up walking. Having comprehensive videos that allow me to build strength but that are gentle on the body/back would be so helpful for me!
I love this workout without squats and lunges. Your workouts are easy to follow and fun to complete. Also love the modifications which I occasionally take as I’m starting up again after injuries to my hip flexor.
I’ve been doing your workouts for 6 months and it has totally changed my relationship to my body and to the act of working out! I love the diversity of movements and the different lengths and focuses! Feeling strong and proud of my body again is such a gift. Thank you so much!!

I’m 71 (and a half ;)) and I was able to do the whole workout but it was quite challenging and I’m now super sweaty so yay! Thank you also for the warm up and cool down-many other exercise videos skip those I’m now subscribed and love all the success stories in the comments!❤

This was really good thanks! I have a little niggly injury to my miniscus and this was a great way to still do some weights, and also be really mindful of my knee. More like this would be epic
Great workout. I enjoyed doing both the upper-body and lower-body exercises. I only did a few of the modified exercises for the lower body, but other than that, I enjoyed it all.

I loved it thank you so much. It was perfect for me. I am about 13 weeks post knee replacement surgery so squatting is still a little bit of a challenge and painful. I actually did it twice. ❤
I love not having to bend my knees a ton, so this no squat/lunge thing is wonderful! Really enjoyed this workout. (though when there are lunges, I just don't go down far so I can modify) . and the length is great for after work.

I love having the option of 20 minutes when I am short on time. I also like the break from squats and lunges. I need tonwork on hip stability and flexibility so this was a great workout for me.
