    Get ready for a super sweaty 30 MIN Standing Abs Workout with light Weights. It's definitely an intense Cardio sesh while targeting our ABS | Core and also our arms because of lots of boxing style moves. 😎😍💪🏼
    Don't get fooled. 😝
    I am using 2x 2kg for your reference. You can also use Bottles or No weights and it yet will be efficient.

    I did this along with your 30-minute power giant sets workout. Loved the variety of standing ab moves. Core definitely was on fire 🔥 👍💪

    Even though this is more core than abs I really enjoyed it. I love that it contains so many rotational moves which are heavily neglected during normal weight training. I usually add this after my back days. No idea whether this makes sense but I enjoy it a lot 😄.

    Habe keine 2 kg Hanteln, daher einfach mal mit 5kg probiert, ging tatsächlich ganz gut.
    Einige Übungen musste ich zwar etwas langsamer machen und manchmal auch nur eine Hantel nehmen, aber am Ende liegt man wieder glücklich und erschöpft am Boden und ist einfach nur stolz bis zum Ende durchgezogen zu haben.

    meine leichtesten Hanteln wiegen 5 kg, und nachdem ich dann auf die Idee kam, meine Hantelscheiben so weit zu reduzieren, dass ich auf 2,5 kg komme gab es kein halten mehr. Mega Video, weil durch die Hantel man doch extrem auf Stabilität und Körperspannung rund um den Core zu achten musste. Solche Videos kann Du öfters posten- Vielen Dank für ein abwechlungsreiches Video 💕

    The thing I love about your workouts is that they're never boring or never repeated wich is absolutely amazing and satisfying.     Due to genetics I may not have a visible 6-pack, however, I am grateful I have a strong body to be able to do these workouts to help me do every day activities such as pick up groceries etc. Thank you for creating these workouts to help keep my muscles strong.

    Liked the different style of exercises! Did it with 2,5-4 kg :P but you could combine more of the exercises with squats or lunges to maximise the cardio effect!

    I just found this and its killer, this is just what my abs need. You should call this ab/ core and arms. I want my arms to look like that, toned not masculine. This one is a keeper.

    Yeah a standing workout with weights 🥳 it’s to hot on the attack now, so I stand under the ventilator in the livingroom with you on our tv screen . Loved the last exercise 😂 Alto we did nothing specific for our biceps I did feel them very well. At first I wanted to grab 3 kg. But did not cause you are wayyyyy more trained then I am so I stocked to 2 just enough, heavier would be 😓 Thank You Kaykay 💋

    Fürs Gym war die Zeit nicht da, dort wären Hanteln gewesen, also das schnappen was man zuhause hat und durch gezogen mit 4 kg Scheiben es war so ein mega geiles Workout Hammer 🙏🏻💥💪🏻❤️
