kaykay- this past week I did 2 of your pure strength workouts- this upper body workout and a lower body earlier in the week. Both are so good- my legs were so sore for 2 days after the workout. Could you please do more pure strength workouts with heavy weights? Thanks for your amazing workouts!

Superb upper body workout with good variations. The Bear hold + Row and Lateral Bear walk with dumbbells weren't as easy as they seem😊. Your workouts are indeed "Life Changing" without a doubt. Just one small suggestion - it would help immensely if you could indicate the weight of dumbbells used for every exercise. Thank you so much🙏

Yes 🥳 i am getting stronger, normal push ups from a chair on my knees ( because of joint pain in big toes) now on the mat my bellybutton almost touched the mat and i could push myself up 💪 and the 1 arm pull over i normaly did with both arms a heavier weight, now 1 arm 5 kg
Love this video! I did this with 3 kg weights and its hard but I can see results in my body and i love it, so its worth all the pain, still have soar bum muscles after my workout from sundays video 😅😂❤ thank you so much 🙏🏼
