    The time flew by!!!! No equipment, no repeat, no getting up and down off the floor. I am a dental hygienist and cannot tolerate a lot of pressure on my hands and wrists so a full standing workout is great!!!!! PLEASE DO MORE STANDING PILATES🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

    For anybody wondering if pilates works. Yes, it totally does. I once decided to try it for a month and it improved my health. I felt more energetic and my stomach was flat. I was doing it twice a week (1h/day). But of course, you have to eat healty and if you like to take long walks, I highly recommend it. I really miss doing it and I'm happy I found this kind of videos! Thank you 💚

    This workout went so quick. I found it challenging. Like that this can be done in very little space no equipment & no jumping. If trying to be quiet this is ideal. Great workout to have if traveling. Thank you this is one to come back to!

    i first tried this workout about a year ago and was so full of animosity. I couldn't do any of the prompts to their fullest and was evidently demotivated to continue practicing. I've since done yoga or pilates on and off once a week now going to twice or three times a week and have grown the strength to do the workouts full out! it just goes to show how important consistency is!!! even if it burns and doesnt seem like much doing it once a day or even once a week your body will grow the muscles necessary to do the exercises. Stay consistent and you will be astonished with what can be accomplished in a year if you're patient. A year will go by regardless, it's what you do with your time that will show progress. cheers to anyone who's completed the workout! you're a step closer to your goals and i'm wishing you all the best

    I did this workout first thing in the morning... I had put this one off because I wasn't feeling like a standing Pilates for ages.... Little did I know the sweat would be on ! What a way to start the day ! Feeling proud of myself for getting it done. As always, thank you Nicole

    I did the class outside while it was mildly raining. It felt so eye-opening to discover that it was the most therapeutic experience I’ve had recently. Ohhh the peaceful feeling to reunite with nature... Sound of rain filled the emptiness of my tired soul and the movement calmed and centred my body. Wow

    Thank you Nicole. I always enjoy your classes. What a burn. My teenage son sees me doing your workouts and thinks that they aren’t a workout ( bc I’m not lifting lots of weights. I have challenged him to do them with me but no luck yet. I might challenge him to do this one and see if he feels the burn!) I’m nor sure what hurts more - my glutes or my shoulders. I’ll find out tomorrow. You are a very giving person. Thank you.

I had trouble associating myself with the "brutal" strong athletic girls and their rythme and music that most of the courses offer.     I started this today using 3 and 5 lbs weights as well. Wow! What a workout! Amazing as always, you really have helped me take my Pilates and barre practice to the next level. I’ve even been able to convince other male friends at the gym to try them out! This is great for men also. thank you!! ❤️

    This was my first time trying proper pilates, and it was amazing thanks to this video! I broke my wrist last Christmas so I don't have the ability to do floor exercises that put pressure on my wrist yet so this is a lifesaver, thank you and please continue doing standing pilates videos!!

    What a challenging and yet amazing workout. I am struggling to find balance on my feet but today is better than yesterday. I do Pilates at least Monday to Friday and then do a walk/jogs on weekends to get some sun. May you be blessed and continue to do God’s work.

    Thank you so much for today’s session as well. My husband unexpectedly took my mat, so I ended up doing the standing series instead. But it felt so good-it’s a bit challenging, and I’d do it again even if he takes my mat next time! Thank you for creating a standing series!

    This is exactly what I needed. I am trying to heal from a skiing injury. A tall man fell on top of my petite body while exiting the ski lift. I landed on my tail bone with the man on top of me. It's been a slow, painful, frustrating recovery. I cannot do mat work right now. Standing workouts are all I can do. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    Your classes always kick my butt!! Deceptively challenging, I love it! I’ve been into beginner weight lifting for like a year, but doing these bodyweight movements with control is super intense! I’m loving doing these Pilates workouts every morning!!!

    I love all your workouts but this one was especially fantastic. My hip joints get achy sometimes, especially when I jog - which I did yesterday. The glut strengthening standing exercises burned so bad during this workout felt and very similar to the exercises a physical therapist gave me years ago. This workout required a lot of strength--more than I anticipated. I will be returning to this video because I need more of this... Thank you so much Nicole!

    I have been following your workouts since 2020. I had a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction 25 days ago. Who knew one day I’d be looking for rehab videos! I was granted permission to raise my elbows above my shoulders 9 days ago and 5 days ago I was able to do the first 15 minutes of this video by modifying some of the arm motions. (much slower and less range) You cannot know what a pure pleasure it is to move with you again. My goal is to be able to do it all again by 6 weeks post op. Today I can already see huge progress toward that goal. Thank you. Sending so much love❤.

    My mom always had issues with her spine so she has issues walking and we'd been looking for ages a kind of work out she can do on her own and We are so thankful we found you, she's been doing this workout for weeks not complete but some, and I've see so much improvement on her walking and the pain, thank you ♡

    I cannot recall how often I have already done this workout and it somehow never gets easier haha. One of my favourites - it´s sweaty and challenging and I love the buuurnnn! my legs AND my arms are shaking! Thank you and keep going, you do a wonderful job! please do more standing pilates workouts!

    Please please please mor classes like this! I often follow your videos in places where I can’t have my mat, so this standing Pilates class is a life saver for me! I would love to do other classes like this!

    Yeah! I really enjoyed doing a standing pilates...I don't think I have ever done one like this before! A great way to ad variety to my pilates routine :)

    This is great! I woke up with stiffness in my left low back and had trouble doing the first move without supporting myself with hands on my thighs. This workout allowed me to work out the kinks, and now I can stand up straight without pain. Thanks Nicole!

    This was excellent! I normally do resistance training with weights. However, I felt so good stretching with these moves especially after multiple surgeries. I will add your videos to my workout routine for sure.

    Thanks so much for a great workout! I love the fact it exercises strength but also helps breathing in. This helps my body to destress and reconnect. I also love that you have a calming voice, and calming background music (many workouts are too energetic and it is annoying with a screaming voice that says something all the time). This is exactly what I was searching for!!

    At 71 I know I am a masochist to even try this. But I basically held the first posture of each routine for as long as I could and felt it was good for the challenge of trying to keep a balance. Also I love the change up from the usual walks, weights and stretches. Thank you for this opportunity.

    today unexpectedly turned out to be a mental health day, I did a few things but mostly lay in bed. I know this will make me feel good and it did! First workout in over a month. It was hard but super good. thank you thank you!
