Brilliant, the flow of exercises certainly makes your body work all those muscles you didn’t know you had. Many thanks for making a standing Pilates workout, I have to wear trainers due to foot problems so a full 30 minutes of standing Pilates is very welcome indeed. Thank you.

Honestly one of the best standing working I’ve done across all genres!! Loved the pace, all muscle groups worked, the timing, slight cardio, low impact.. good music! Added my wrist weights for an extra boost but didn’t need them! Thanks so much !!

The next day I woke up like “let me workout” I started doing this workout program that I can neverrrr get through. Then I thought “why not just do MadFit, you love her workouts and are consistent with it.” So I clicked her TH-cam. Somehow I ended up on Eleni Fit. Can you believe I’ve been consistent with her workouts since that day. Ok but that’s not all, today I decided don’t listen to music while working out, listen to Dylan James Feminine Affirmations. AS SOON AS I finished this workout I saw your comment! All that to say, yasss sissssss this is such a feminine workout and I’m so happy to find it plus your comment! Sending you so much love. Yet another great workout from Eleni. Thank you! Because so many do these workouts, I'm guessing there may be a few like me. I've been doing her workouts consistently for several months (5-6days/week) and love all of them, my favorites being HIIT Pilates. This one is a great toning workout, but is also a great exercise of balance and coordination. Neither of which I'm very skilled at. So if you're at all like me, I suggest you grab a chair that you can hold on to - the back - like in Barre. Without something nearby to grab onto, I became very frustrated while I fell all over the place and decreased the effectiveness of the workout. In doing that, I found that I can actually see progress as I continue to practice, and need the chair less and less. Happy balancing!
Your standing pilates THE BEST. Such enjoyable workouts. Very chill, low/no strain compared with the more common, frenetic, movement-intensive, fast-moving workouts (which are fine and I also do). Great change of pace. Great movements, very creative routine you've once again produced and led us with. Grateful. OMG Eleni, I'm in good Physical Shape so I thought. When I hit the water break I am BROKE. YOU my dear are in Fantastic Shape. I am breathless and have to stop the video to catch my breath.
