I think it would be a good video where I also discuss how to write for single-member LLCs and foreign residents, or other modalities. Personally I have doubts about the registration and there are a lot of people looking for this kind of videos.

I got denied and it's true Amazon, does not disclose why they deny you. I tried a second and Amazon says that once you get denied, you cannot re-apply.
What to enter for tax number if you arent in the US? I have an KDP account but I'm not sure if that info was asked
You would have to enter whatever tax number you have in your country of residence.
What do you think about everyone stealing your designs 1 for 1 and reposting them at a cheaper price on amazon, etsy, tee public, teespring, ali express, and so on? Just curious your opinion or how you handle those things.
Good question. I serve takedowns on the big ones like etsy, amazon ebay and tee public. 2-3 hours on one day every other month or so. It’s necessary to protect yourself if you value your bestsellers and your business. If they’re not selling designs, I usually just ignore.
Just curious, do you think being a member of the Better Business Bureau helps, hinders, or neither?
The BBB "could" help i suppose, but I know they lost a lot of credibility because you were able to buy reviews a few years back, so who knows.. I like the unique thinking though!
So if you have an LLC, would you still apply as an Individual or a Business?
I’m Canadian (we don’t have LLCs) and registered as a sole proprietor in my own name, so i just registered as an individual.
Hopefully someone else can chime in about the LLC thing.

I wasn't thinking about timing and applied in the middle of Q4, got denied. I heard that was the worst time to apply, oops! I applied for a 2nd time a couple of weeks ago, denied again :( Maybe 3rd time is the charm!!
Make sure to use a different email address and phone number if possible!

But that goes against their TOS

@@Teezlypr Try getting into the Amazon Influencer program - i was just reading that people who started there were automatically accepted into Merch - and at tier 1000 too.

Good tips! You mentioned it’s not worth sharing an Etsy store in the application if sales aren’t good. Was wondering about sharing a Shopify store instead. Presumably Amazon can’t see sales there and could be a good way to show them my designs? I’m just starting my POD journey so sales are pretty much non existent, but would like to show Amazon that I’ve got some good designs :)
In theory you're correct, but i wouldn't bother sharing your links if they're the same or similar to what's already being offered by the thousands on Amazon if that makes sense.. If it's unique, and GOOD design, then go for it.. but if you're not making sales on Etsy, it's not going to necessarily be better on Amazon. Best of luck!!

They required a new phone number in addition to the new email when applying a second (third?) time. I only have one phone number… I’m also an Amazon Influencer. Looks like a no go for me. 😭
They never verified my number, so i suppose you could use a partner's or a local friend's.. but I suppose they could send you a OTP to check.
