Good job and best of luck with Tostadora! Quick headsup, there are some stats about views on Tosta, they are not accurate. My shops which are getting sales apparently have 0 views ;)
I discovered Tostadora today through your video and I will give it a try! :) A question, if you can answer it of course: I want to upload some designs to be sold only using canvas and not to be spread to other products as well. Do you know if this is possible in this site? Thank you.

Thanks for this video - I’ve been thinking about this POD site for awhile. I do have one question. So I upload a design, and configure it with a specific royalty amount on, say, 3 specific products (men’s t, women’s, and hoodie). And when someone looks at the design, they can choose to purchase it on a different product than those 3, like on a baby onesie. Is there any royalty on that onesie since I didn’t specifically set it up, or do they pay only the base price? Hopefully my question makes sense. Thanks!
Hello philip! I just started uploading on Tostadora lately. I followed the way you upload your design; I put "gifts" at the end of my design name. is that will help on SEO?
@@PhilipAnders Hi Philip! I just wanted to say a huge thank you for your video. I'm new to POD, and your content really helped me understand the basics and get started. Your explanations were clear and easy to follow. I'm excited to dive into this journey with more confidence thanks to you. Keep up the awesome work!
Thanks for this insightful tutorial. I set up a store and added a few designs, but somehow I forgot how to add additional products and change prices. Can you remind me how to do this? Thanks.
What about royalites on the products I didn't listed? e.g. I create a hoodie, set royalties for $3, somebody finds it in search but buys t-shirt which isn't "created"?
Also did I hear or read somewhere that Tostadora can translate your designs into different languages? I may have misunderstood that but how is that platform able to translate the text that is part of the uploaded image? But that would be so awesome if this was true.
Confused by Tostadora. I added a design as a mug, which worked fine, but when I went to the mug page to THEN click on T-shirt from there, it showed as the base price without royalty. How do we make sure that the t-shirt royalty is applied? Are there any other items where the royalty is not fixed?
Hey Philips: you seem to have your products in all sorts of POD shops. I get the impression that you're not very selective (anymore). Or am I mistaken? I'm quite particular. Of course, I want to sell my products in shops where they fit best. But alright, should I see it differently from a strategic perspective? Or just 'try everything out'? Hi Philip, thanks for all your valuable insight! Just a question about Tostadora's request for a certificate of residence. Do you just submit one at end of tax year to reclaim taxes paid in Spain? Thanks.
Hey Phillip, Im in the UK and noticed how Tostadora mentions retaining 24% without a residency certificate. Is it necessary to apply for the residency certificate, as I am not making much money at the minute.
Have you considered using Spanish texts or specific Spanish/Latin/Mexican culture designs? I live in a Spanish speaking country and I wonder if there is a market for it and if so what to make. I am not a native Spanish speaker myself, although it was the sixth (I still speak 4/6) language I learned in my life (I still speak 4/6).

I was creating a shop and when i clicked on "shop profile" it loaded a shop from a stranger with another name. When i clicked on manage designs i could see my designs, but everytime i hit the "shop profile" my shop name changed to a random shop name. When i hit "Bank/Tax Information" it took me to the login page to create a new account as if i wasnt registered. Also i uploaded 2 designs and 1 is showing up in the store but the 2nd doesn´t. @@PhilipAnders If you are not a resident of Spain, you must provide a residence certificate. Fantastic video presentation which I do value and appreciate very much. I am rather new to this and have only just finished designing my first 25 designs for T-Shirts, nothing as yet uploaded to Tostadoro, or any other Print on Demand site. I do have one technical question which I would really appreciate an answer to:- I am using Adobe Illustrator to produce my artworks, I set up the artboard size to 4000 x 4000 pixels square, but when I export my designs as PNG files and then open them up in Adobe Photoshop their size is way bigger and I have to resize them down again to 4000 x 4000 pixels to resave them again as PNG files. Any idea why there is this discrepancy in file size? It's confusing and very time consuming rechecking artwork to see if line thicknesses are adequately thick for printing requirements. Just wondered if you have any sort of answer? Any reply would be most appreciated:)
I am not sure why there is a discrepancy if you actually saved the file @4000x4000 pixels. But I just tend to design and export everything for 4500x5400 from illustrator. I have never check line thickness before
@@PhilipAnders Many thanks for your reply which is very helpful and much appreciated. In future I will try 4500 x 5400 pixels and see what happens. I kind of thought it might be something to do with PNG file size compression, or not using that option which may be causing this issue with my designs in Illustrator to Photoshop, but anyway, whatever the case I can work around this issue. It's just why it happened in the first place which confused me. Many thanks for your reply, again it's most appreciated:)🙂 And, yes I definitely did save my Illustrator files at 4000 x 4000 pixels square, double checked this upon reopening these files in Illustrator and checking. Just a bizarre anomaly, which I can work around. The reason I need to check line widths is because there are relatively fine keylines around some objects in my designs, so am working with about 10pt line widths to ensure they reproduce on a T-shirt successfully.
I just put up my first design on tostadora, I put the design on t-shirts... but if someone buys a canvas print and I did not select it and adjust the price for my profit will tostadora pay me a profit, or do I lose out? I have opened a store on the site and I have a little problem. I have 6 designs and none of them are showing up on the home page of my store or in the search results. The site says it can take up to 24 hours for the product to show up anywhere. The problem is that I am not even able to post a link to the product on social media because the link provided next to the product shows nothing. Have you experienced the same problem?
That has tostadora's margin factored in. Yeah it's a bit high but people are buying at 22.99-23.99 - Some of the other shirt types have a smaller starting price as well
This seems like a really weird question, but I'm sure I'm not the only person wondering: How can I change la idioma (the language) on the LaTostadora website? LOL

there are many ways to create free t-shirt designs. I have a Leonardo Ai tutorial which is a free Ai tool. Not sure I don't use canva, you'd have to check their terms
Is this site open to all countries to sell on??
Not sure but give it a try👍
I cant click anyway on the tostadora site ? Is it down at the moment ?
it is working for me currently
Sir, I am not receiving my tostadora payment. What is the problem?
i believe the minimum is 25eur and they pay later.
great
they use payoneer or paypal?
I have opened a store on the site and I have a little problem. I have 6 designs and none of them are showing up on the home page of my store or in the search results. The site says it can take up to 24 hours for the product to show up anywhere. The problem is that I am not even able to post a link to the product on social media because the link provided next to the product shows nothing. Have you experienced the same problem?
Did you only create the designs or the products as well? If you're still stuck I'd email tostadora support for help
It seems the site is indexed about once a week. Really terrible! On RB & TP, new designs are searchable in 5-10 min.
@@capbuzz hello did your designs show up?
hello did your designs show up?
@@mustafaboualem6255 they moved the portfolio page to /portfolio.php
It only gets around 45k visits 🤔
is that the .com domain? Most of my sales are from Spain & other EU countries
How many designs you need to upload to start seeing sales?
That's a question that doesn't really have an answer. It depends on too many different factors. Your design quality, seo, niche selection etc
Hi, great video!between all shops how many designs you have listed?
No idea but it's thousands
Isn't the base price of 19.99 with $0 royalties unreasonably high?
That has tostadora's margin factored in. Yeah it's a bit high but people are buying at 22.99-23.99 - Some of the other shirt types have a smaller starting price as well
This seems like a really weird question, but I'm sure I'm not the only person wondering: How can I change la idioma (the language) on the LaTostadora website? LOL
Is everything in Spanish for you?
Can i sell on it from egypt ?
Not sure you'll just have to give it a try
Are your sales with this site that you mentioned were your sales organic or through ads?
organic, I only run ads on amazon
@@PhilipAnders 👍👍👍
Do we have to pay product cost or does everything come.off the top of quarterly pay?
this is royalty based so no no costs at all
@PhilipAnders hey, thx so much for answering me. I just started on etsy. I've learned from you. Thanks a lot. I'm making t-shirt designs today for the 1st tine
Hi, thanks for the video. But this site is very very slow. I am not sure I am the only person experiencing this. I tried in different browsers but no luck. Let me try with another laptop.😊
Hope you can get it to work
Got so excited.. but the site just froze and I couldn’t click anything..came back to these comments to see if anyone else had issues and it turns out.. Canadians can’t sell in this site. Boo! 😂
That's a shame :( Hopefully they will add support for more countries in future
Me me me
@@PhilipAnderscan we use VPN?
What about India ? I could login and upload designs, but could not view the product. Any ideas? It’s loading but image not displayed
@@alacenakartindia Same here! But I can open site in desktop version, but images aren't loading!
The platform accept returns 60 days 😮
yeah pretty long time
free trafiQ or not
all my sales are organic, no ads
How can i generate Tshirt designs for free ? Like without paying any kind of subscription to the AI websites is there any other way from which i can generate free tshirt designs for long term perspective? (Designs for the prints) Do reply...thank you for your content (which will be applicable in India)
there are many ways to create free t-shirt designs. I have a Leonardo Ai tutorial which is a free Ai tool. You can pair that with Photopea or Figma (2 free graphic & text editing tools):
th-cam.com/video/AJcMXmaB56k/w-d-xo.html
Or use the freebies on Creative fabrica, here is my video abour that: th-cam.com/video/mbcsrd5uUuc/w-d-xo.html
@@PhilipAnders Leonardo does require subscription right if i am not wrong?
Thanks for your time
it does not😉 You get 150 free credits each day and commercial rights@@vedantmhatre7243
They give you permission to sell with the free plan anyway. You get 150 credits daily and when you spend it you can no longer generate images, and you need to wait for it to be reset.@@vedantmhatre7243
@@vedantmhatre7243 I am not sure man you will just have to check their terms and conditions
xD what a joke 48.4K monthly traffic from germany , nice ads btw but don't lie about daily sales because you won't get daily sales from website with that trafic
As I said in the video most of my sales come from Spain. I get way more sales on Tostadora than redbubble and they get millions of visitors
Flying Upload is a costly tool; it's not beginner-friendly.
Ver low traffic website
Yes that's true. But redbubble has very high traffic compared and I'm getting like 5X more sales on tostadora
Then, i would go for it and give it a chance, thanks man
Can I get complete guide from start to end on how to make my sales. Please give me your email id
