    As Mamma Mia is my comfort film it‘s no wonder Dancing Queen was the first song to get me through an arms workout - my arms are shaking as I type, love love love this!!

    New mom here, i have always had trouble finding workouts I enjoy and am so nervous about being able to get back from my pregnancy weight. I found your videos looking for something fun and I genuinely want to thank you.     I love this SO MUCH!!! I love doing gentler pilates-style workouts, but sometimes they get a little boring and repetitive. But not when they come with fun dance music attached! Thank you Emily!!!

    I love this workout so much. I also love your energy. It's radiating and relatable at the same time. Feels like it's just us and the music. No more continuously checking on my body in the mirror or feeling insecure whatsoever. Just "OMG this is too hard I wanna give up" and "But the music is too good that I must stay" 😂

    I've been having the worst perpetual allergies and have a bad sprain from a run and like thank you SO MUCH for having these awesome pilates workouts! Please keep it up I"ve been loooooving your videos these years! Keeps me active in such a fun way :)

    Still recovering from C section and not allowed to do any heavy lifting or to exert myself too much. These workouts have been perfect for me. Challenging enough to feel the burn and get my heart pumping, but not so high intensity that I feel I might hurt myself. Thank you for yiur awesome workouts🎉

    I've tried many dance workouts (not a dancer here lol) and so many of them have been a big fail. This was by far the best one I've ever done!! You make it easy to follow. You also had me dying at the end (laughing as well as in pain). IMMEDIATELY subscribed!

    I'm enjoying these Pilates Workouts too! I have been doing your dance workouts for 6 months now and these are a fun way to mix things up and focus on other muscles.

    Loved this class, a bit dubious about the arms, but boy did it burn! I’m an old abba fan from way back - in fact I was very, very lucky to see them in concert in Melbourne many, many years ago so this workout to the music was not only nostalgic but fun. Thanks emkfit! ❤️
