I have fibromyalgic, chronic fatigue syndrome, IBS and a whole host of other mental illnesses, so exercise is SOOOO key for my wellbeing, plus I've been in recovery from an ED for years and any weight gain is a trigger for me (or loss, for that matter). With your workouts, I've been able to maintain my weight and I feel better with my physical and my mental illnesses. Your moves are easy and your workouts are totally doable for anyone, and I feel so much less worried about my long term health knowing I"m doing cardio 3+ times a week now like I should. This one had quite a few twists and turns and I couldn't always keep up,I just kept moving and felt great. tomorrow marks week 3 of my workouts with Jo. I started doing 1-2 15 min workouts each day and now I do 4 15 min workouts on the weekends. I am addicted and it feels great. My head is so clear! I will post my progress after a month guys!

Hi Jo! I have been doing your workouts for a week now and am loving it! 🥰 I have done other workouts before but the floor to upright transitions and the pace left me out of breath and dizzy! I could not keep up with the changes too in previous workouts and just gave up! I love how your workouts are low impact, easy on the knees and I can do them barefoot too! This was SO. MUCH. FUN!!!!!! I am a very avid workout girl and professional ballet dancer, doing HIIT and cardio and intense classes every day, but in the evenings sometimes I like to just walk and not worry about all the hard moves and jumping and rules and just let loose! Your channel helps me do that- just have FUN! You’re awesome!
I loved this workout burned 277 calories in 20 mins and still sweating. It was so fun. The kicks I skipped and did leg lifts and compensated for other things I can’t do without hurting myself, but it was so good.

I just wanted to say thank you for these videos. I've tried tons of at home workout videos on here but they're either too hard or too miserable to do. You're the first creator that has had me motivated to workout. I'm constantly sharing links to your videos to my friends. I've been doing this workout, the 00's workout for the last 2 weeks and I've been losing weight (combined with eating more mindfully). You're upbeat and positive and have a pretty great music selection. I find I'm sweating by 1/4 of the way thru the workouts at times but feeling exhausted and proud of my self when I'm done. Today I tried one of your Tabata workouts and it kicked my butt so much!! I'm so thankful that you're making these videos! I'm only down 6lbs right now but that's in only 2 weeks which I'm so excited for! I can't wait to get my abs back and my booty poppin!! Thank you so so much!!

I can't tell you the last time I had this much fun working out and moving!!! I have had so many injuries that I had to give up competing and hard training and everything that goes along with it. Super depressing and demoralizing. I've had to scale back so much, I didn't realize how much I missing getting to move and not feel bad about not being able to do things!! Honestly, I enjoyed this work out so much and it is such a gift you've given me, to get movement back into my life!!

I’m a 51 year old former college athlete. Over the past two decades I’ve really let myself go physically. It’s been a struggle to find a workout that I enjoy. That’s until I found this video. These walking workouts are so fun and perfect for someone like me who is recovering from surgery. My doctors all want me to walk more and although I couldn’t do the ab moves I just walked in place. Keep up the good work 😊

Hi Jo! I have been doing your workouts for a week now and am loving it! 🥰 I have done other workouts before but the floor to upright transitions and the pace left me out of breath and dizzy! I could not keep up with the changes too in previous workouts and just gave up! I love how your workouts are low impact, easy on the knees and I can do them barefoot too! I look forward to doing your workouts everyday and see a difference in my body. I do not see the scale that much and go by how I feel. 🥰 I have been feeling more energised, optimistic and have this clarity of mind. This was SO. MUCH. FUN!!!!!! I am a very avid workout girl and professional ballet dancer, doing HIIT and cardio and intense classes every day, but in the evenings sometimes I like to just walk and not worry about all the hard moves and jumping and rules and just let loose! Your channel helps me do that- just have FUN! You’re awesome!
I loved this workout burned 277 calories in 20 mins and still sweating. It was so fun. The kicks I skipped and did leg lifts and compensated for other things I can’t do without hurting myself, but it was so good.
This was so fun! I was a 90's girl! I graduated high school in 92. I've been having more energy and I love these fun dance workouts. They get my body grooving.

I just wanted to say thank you for these videos. I've tried tons of at home workout videos on here but they're either too hard or too miserable to do. You're the first creator that has had me motivated to workout. I'm constantly sharing links to your videos to my friends. I've been doing this workout, the 00's workout for the last 2 weeks and I've been losing weight (combined with eating more mindfully). You're upbeat and positive and have a pretty great music selection. I find I'm sweating by 1/4 of the way thru the workouts at times but feeling exhausted and proud of my self when I'm done. Today I tried one of your Tabata workouts and it kicked my butt so much!! I'm so thankful that you're making these videos! I'm only down 6lbs right now but that's in only 2 weeks which I'm so excited for! I can't wait to get my abs back and my booty poppin!!

I loved it!!!! I am 54 and am recovering from a traumatic brain injury. You can dance girl! I couldn't quite do all the moves, instead I walked fast in place, holding on to my dresser. I'll be walking with you all month for weight loss! Woohoo!!

I can't tell you the last time I had this much fun working out and moving!!! I have had so many injuries that I had to give up competing and hard training and everything that goes along with it. Super depressing and demoralizing. I've had to scale back so much, I didn't realize how much I missing getting to move and not feel bad about not being able to do things!! Honestly, I enjoyed this work out so much and it is such a gift you've given me, to get movement back into my life!!
Hi I'm 49 almost 50, and enjoying these dance exercise videos. Love your smile and you make it fun to exercise. The 15-20 min is perfect for me. And I like to do a different video each time for fun. I like how each move is timed and shows you what's next. You do a great job!!
