That’s why I've put together this quick 10 min warm up routine that targets all areas of your body and will get you ready to crush your next workout. Whether it’s an at home Cardio HIIT workout or any other type of fitness training, or sport, this warm up will help you crush your next training session.
Warming up before your workouts it’s important to get your heart, joints and muscles ready for the physical activity that you are about to begin. It doesn't only help prevent injuries but it will also help you perform better so that you can get the most out of your workout.
